The kids are probably going to be shown in the couple of next parts I'm just thinking how this book can go!
It's the early mornings when betty's alarm is going off and she uncurls herself from jugheads embrace.
It was just betty and jughead in the house, they wanted'them' time (time together) no kids screaming around the house and no complaining.
When Betty is shuffling out of the king size bed stretching her limbs out. It's when she's padding softly between their bathroom and the bedroom because she's forgot to take in her favourite moisturiser or hairbrush. It's when he's laying on his back, still in the warm haze of sleep but he's watching her as she gets ready for her day. How she hums lightly to herself as she puts on make up and ties her hair off her neck in a bun.
It's the small kiss she'll press to his forehead as she makes her way past the bed to go make herself a morning coffee. It's when he's pulled himself out of the bed, scratched his chest and ruffled his glossy black hair before making his way to the kitchen, she's got the balcony doors open and the early morning noises of riverdale fill the open plan lounge.
It's when she wraps her arms around his neck, his skin still warm from sleep and being pressed close during the night. He smells of jughead and home.
It's when she's walking back through the door at 4pm kicking her heels off dropping her bag on the sofa. Noticing he's cleaned and made them some food. It's when they're curled around each other on the sofa that's large enough for them to have their own space but they don't want it, something playing on the TV, he's mindlessly running his fingers from her collarbone to her wrist just to touch her. It's when they're kissing goodnight before he turns the light out, that's when they both know they're each other's home.
