Fifty Two

"I'll see you later okay." I said to Grayson, waving to Ava who was in his arms.

"Go have fun!" He said shooing me away.

"Whatever." I chuckled, making my way to the front door and into my car. Luckily, there was good music on the radio!

I drove all the way down to the beach before pulling up and parking. I looked around to try and find Emma, but I couldn't see her anywhere.

"Hannah!" Someone shouted. I turned around and it was Emma behind me. She must have only just have gotten here too.

"Hey!" I said running over to hug her.

"How are you?" Emma asked as we walked down to the beach and sat down on the sand.

"All good. Got a little surprise though. And, I want to tell you first before Grayson again because I have no idea how to tell him." I began to blush.

"Again?" She asked herself. It took her some time to think before I think she figured it out. "You're not pregnant, again?"

I nodded.

"Ahhhhhh!" Emma screamed with excitement. "I'm so happy for you! How far along?"

I bit my lip. "6 weeks."

"Already?" She asked raising her eyebrow.

"I know, I know. But I didn't think I would be pregnant so soon, so I didn't think much of it."

"It's cool, don't worry. But you need to tell Grayson soon before you begin to grow." Emma giggled.

"Whatever." I laughed, rolling my eyes.

"I'm home!" I shouted from the front door.

"We're in the living room." Grayson said.

I walked in to Ava playing on her play mat with Grayson sat beside it.

'I think I'm going to tell him now.' I said to myself.

I sat down next to him and began to play with the things Ava was looking at.

"Hey, babe." I said looking up at Grayson. "I have something to tell you."

"What did Emma do this time?" Grayson smiled.

"It's nothing to do with Emma. It's to do with me."

"Oh. What is it then?" Grayson said raising an eyebrow.

I let go of Ava's toy and reached into my bag. I quickly pulled out the pregnancy test and put it into his hands.

"Are you serious?" He asked.

"Yeah." I looked at him. The smile on his face grew bigger, and bigger, and bigger.

"Did you hear that Ava? You're going to be a big sister!" Grayson said excitedly picking her up and cuddling her.

It was moments like this that I looked forward to with Grayson. All we've both ever wanted was to have a family. And, now we're achieving it.

I love our little family. And I can't wait for our even bigger, future family.
