Lex's pov
I didn't know how powerful these A.C.P 60 caliber bullets were. So I decided to try it out myself here at the shooting range on the deadly Orsis SE T-500 sniper rifle.
I quickly grabbed the box of bullets and the sniper rifle that been modified to work with the 60 caliber heading back onto the range. Once I got back there I layed in the prone position then I loaded the five-round detachable magazine in. After that I adjusted elevation turret on it looking through the scope at the target. I rested my finger on the trigger waiting for the right moment for the kill.
I zeroed in on the target and pulled the trigger. As the high-velocity supersonic 60 round flew out taking out the target right away as it exploded. I dropped the sniper rifle on the ground got up on knees and knew we had a problem.
I picked up the Russtech bullets and the Orsis SE-T 500 and made my way over to the shop. I Ventured into the workshop and placed the sniper rifle in the pelican case and the rounds On table. If the Russtech Ammunition was somehow connected to the Resistance then what hell had David gotten himself into.
Maybe the answer was in his debut spy thriller which Jennifer had given me. I walked back over to the white Porsche Coupe grabbing the doors I jumped and before I started to read his book clicked my earpiece.
"Nicky see what you can find out about Russtech Ammunition,"
"Okay hang on I look into right now for you Lex," Nicky stated as she typed in the name Russtech Ammunition on her laptop screen. In a few minutes the intel flashed on the screen she pressed on" Okay I got something for you... It looks like that is also owned by the Resistance. Its headquarters are located in St.Petersburg. wait a minute this interesting,"
"What is Nicky," I asked.
"The weaponry specialist for them is Azalea Elizabeth Grey also states that she one who created those A.C.P 60 caliber bullets that you found Lex," Nicky remarked
"Shit she could be the assassin then on our soil here, "I exclaimed.
"Do you know who her target is yet," Nicky asked me.
"No But I have a weird feeling Director Hamilton does and know," I told Nicky.
Nicky typed in the name Azalea Elizabeth Grey on the screen next. In a few minutes the intel flashed onto the screen. Her fingers froze on the keyboard
"Lex this isn't good Azalea Elizabeth Grey is a freelance assassin who works for the highest bidder which could be North Korea, China, Russia, Venezuela. She was one at time special operations operator for the shadows a U.S. Military black ops unit," Nicky exclaimed.
I ended the conversation on my earpiece and decided to dive into David's first spy thriller to see what I could find out.

The company is located St Peterburg's"Okay hang on I look into right now for you Lex," Nicky stated as she typed in the name Russtech Ammunition on her laptop screen. Now I knew who we were dealing with a deadly freelance assassin who had her own brand of created 60 caliber bullets and from what I have seen these rounds were way powerful than 50 caliber that we used. I ended the conversation on my earpiece and decided to dive into David's first spy thriller to see what I could find out.
I flipped the opened the jacket cover first edition of the Dicing with Death. As I turned to cover I noticed that we dedicated to me I wonder why still it was very nice to that. I flipped over to the first chapter and started to read it until I came to a part of the paragraph that ben redacted probably because it had to some current covert operation Going on.
Which kind of caught me off guard because David wasn't an agent for the CIA he was just an author of debut spy thriller. I kept reading and finished the first chapter.
So far from what I can figure out his character a Mike Sharpie was doing a security audit and a penetrating for a senator but then the senator somehow gets killed.
When I wasn't on op with team Alpha I read a lot of spy thrillers like Jack Carr who I met when I was training on the Navy seal course as a sniper to sharpen my skills. He told me that three books have redacted too. I started in on the second chapter it was about to interesting.
The first three or five sentences were redacted I wondered if Jennifer knew about as editor, published, and former MI6 agent. I closed the door and put it on the passenger side. I drove out of the shooting range.
My instincts were telling me that David might have used the classified secrets in his books. Still there was something nagging at me? Whoever this assassin was I'm sure she was going to find out I messed up the surveillance camera and the Target practice post outside.
I decided to drive to the Scottsdale International Airport and hopley get a direct flight to Washington, DC where after that I would rent a vehicle and drove to Langley Virginia. I pulled into the parking lot and parked the White Porsche grabbing David's book to read it on.
I walked through in the front doors and took the escalator up to the departure gate and boarded my flight for Washington, DC I walked over to my seat and sat down as I ran my fingers along the edge of covering seeing if something was hidden nothing so far.
Maybe Director Hamilton could shed light on whatever was redacted in the book. I was still curious why Aegis was interested in David. I started in on the second chapter again trying to make sense of the redacted parts of the chapter. I closed my eyes and rested for a bit.
