Before you look for the Path of Positivity, you need to be comfortable and in a quiet place where you can be alone gathering your thoughts. This is what we call your happy place in reality. A happy place can be anywhere. It can be a good spot on the beach, your home when no one is around, a quiet spot in the park or somewhere deep in the woods with birds chirping. When you entered in your happy place, you can just relax and just inhale all the positivity as much as you can. This is what we call inhale the positive and delete the negative. I'll teach you this later on in the next couple of chapters.
Now the real question is why delete the negatives in our lives? The answer is simple. The reason is if we don't delete every negative we have, they will haunt us for the rest of our lives. It can happen no matter how bad it can affect you. Sometimes if it's like so bad, it can haunt you forever unless if it's temporary, then it will go away.
