Just like the Do's, there's also a list for Don'ts which we all need to follow also. In this list, there's about at least three maybe up to five rules to follow.
#1: Never throw in the towel to call it quits. If you ever do that, then you're making yourself a quitter because everyone knows that a quitter quits. The truth is quitters give up too easily. Like, they don't motivate themselves or try before quitting. What people don't have now a days is the biggest thing in life and that's motivation.
#2: Ignore when a person says something negative to you. Everyone you know maybe negative to you, does that bother you? It should, not everyone is kind. A little tip, if something like this happens, just ignore it and then when the person walks away, laugh it off. As they say, life isn't fair. With that being said, not everyone is always fair.
#3: Never shove any negatives way deep inside of you. I did that for many years and I thought it would help me feel better if I did it. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Another tip from this step is big so don't do it because I've been told that it's unhealthy. It will also hurt you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
