•❅──────✧❅✦❅✧──────❅•Devin sat beside Lila as they looked more at the case file. "Was their any of the unsubs DNA left on the body?" Lila asked, she'd been asleep on the plane and hadn't been caught up yet.
"None." Detective Hudson answered Lila's question. "So he's organized." Hotch nodded and put some pictures of the crime scenes on the board.
Devin noticed Detective Hudson looking at Lila, licking his lips, and quickly turning his attention back to the case. "Lila, be careful around here." Devin whispered.
"You sound like my dad." She laughed softly, but Devin was serious. He didn't want a member of his team ending up like one of those girls. "I will be okay. I'm gonna go get coffee." Devin watched as she walked away and poured herself some coffee.
"He hasn't left Austin, so there must be something keeping him here, most likely a family or a good job." Lila said, returning to her seat next to Devin. "That could be anyone in Austin." JJ sighed.

The rest of the team showed up at the station around 6:30 p.m. and Devin contemplated grabbed some coffee, but they'd be going to the hotel in a bit so he decided against it.
"We found Emily Frazier's cell phone where her body was dumped. Reid went through it and didn't find anything." Morgan said as he set the first victims' phone on the table.
"Did she make any calls the day of her abduction? Did she text anyone?" Devin questioned. "She texted her mother "I love you" before leaving for school in the morning, but nothing else." Reid responded as he ran his fingers through his hair.
Devin squeezed the bridge of his nose with his fingers, all he really wanted to do was sleep. "So we've figured out that he's organized, he might have a family that's keeping him in Austin, and he's maybe in his mid 30's to mid 40's. It's a start." Lila sighed.
"He's most likely white as well." Reid examined the map pinned to the board. "Okay, what's keeping him here? Would he have kids? Maybe his job, he could be a police officer or doctor." Devin's eyes wandered to Detective Hudson as he spoke to his new team.
The detective noticed this and turned to look at Hotch. "I think we should continue this tomorrow. A few of you guys look exhausted, you know we need alert people working the case." Hudson's words seemed bitter like he was angry at someone.
"I think we're okay." Hotch looked at the members of his team, turning back to Hudson for a couple seconds. "No, I insist. Get some sleep." Hotch nodded.
Hotch told everyone to grab their things so they could go to the hotel. As Devin grabbed the case file, he saw Hudson walk up to Lila.
She walked away during the conversation, grabbing her wrist the detective pulled her back. Devin walked up to them. "I think she's okay, detective." He said to Hudson. "You ready, Lila? The team is waiting."
Lila nodded, pulling her arm away from the detectives, she followed Devin. "You okay?" Devin noticed her rubbing her wrist. She nodded slowly as the two walked out of the station together.
