Todoroki and Bakugou waited by the printer. It felt like eons had passed watching that paper make its way out of the machine.
Bakugou sprinted away to go catch Shigaraki as Todoroki grabbed the paper from the machine and power walked down the hall. He passed by Bakugou who was asking questions about the Kirishima situation and making snarky comments to him. Shigaraki snarled at every word he said as Todoroki made his way past him nonchalantly and to All for One's office. He knocked on the door and was welcomed in.
"Nice to see you Todoroki. How is the plan with the student coming along?" All for One asked. Todoroki smirked.
"About that. I have an addition to the no harm list that I would like approved," Todoroki said, handing him the paper. All for One looked at it.
"Is this the student?" All for One asked. Todoroki nodded.
"I think it would be better to have him on the list, just so we can assure that nothing happens to him. He and Kirishima are the only two ways we can figure out what exactly happens in that classroom and we cannot afford for them to get mixed up in a commission or anything of the sorts," Todoroki explained. All for One stared at the paper for a little bit longer.
"You haven't made an addition since the girl," he pointed out. Todoroki nodded.
"This is important to me. I've done thorough background research. It won't happen again. I know exactly who I'm dealing with," Todoroki said. After reviewing the information a couple more times, All for One set the paper on his desk and signed and dated it. He went over to his printer and scanned the document, making a couple copied and sending one to his computer to add to the no harm file. He kept the original and handed a few copies to Todoroki.
"Thank you sir," Todoroki said. All for One nodded.
"I understand you have made mistakes, but you're a smart young man. I trust your judgement; don't make me regret this," All for One said.
"You won't," Todoroki said. He walked out of his office and made his way down the hall to see the end of Bakugou's distraction. Shigaraki snarled.
"I have more important things to do than argue with you," Shigaraki snapped. Bakugou held up his hands and smirked. He glanced at the movement out of the corner of his eyes and saw Todoroki walking triumphantly down the hall.
"Oh good, you two are together," Todoroki smirked deviously. "There's a new addition to the no harm list."
He handed them both a paper. Bakugou smirked. "Oh, is there now?" He asked.
Shigaraki looked as though he was about to burst a blood vessel. He didn't know who the mystery UA student was, but after scanning the paper, he knew exactly what Todoroki had done. He scowled as he handed back the paper to Todoroki. Bakugou grinned and handed it back to him benevolently.
"A fine addition, if I do say so myself," Bakugou said with a condescending smile plastered on his face. Shigaraki glared at the two of them, making his way to All for One's office. Once he was gone, the laughed and congratulated each other on the success of their petty plan.
"I didn't take you for the type of person to mess with the no harm list," Bakugou said. Todoroki shrugged his shoulders.
"I take that list as seriously as anybody else in the organization. But the fact that he wants to kill a student who couldn't help but get tangled up in this goes against everything we stand for," Todoroki explained.
On command, Toga walked through the staff door with a bag in her hand. She looked at the two and grinned. "You're friends!" She smiled.
The two male Birds looked at each other. As they locked eyes, they knew their victory was too good to come back with an attack on each other. Todoroki smirked at Bakugou and let him be.
