Best day ever!
"Ding dong!" "Your parents are here." Said the officer. "Ow! Mom!" Miranda said. 15 minutes later.... "Mom! Are you seriously still mad at me?! Aughh!" Yelled Miranda. Now her mother was really furious. She slammed the door really hard without saying a word. Miranda was mad. So she just slammed the door and fell asleep. "Cockadoodoo!" "Aughh" Miranda moaned tiredly. "Huh? Uh oh I got to wake up!" Said Miranda. Miranda slammed the door and went outside and took her bike. 30 minutes later....
Miranda went to the park and just sat on the bench thinking and thinking. Then, she saw someone she knows. It was the officer! Miranda wanted to say hi but she had second thoughts. Instead of Miranda saying hi to the officer, the officer came to Miranda. "Hey! Aren't you one of the kids from that pyjama party?" The officer asked. "Uhh... Yeah..." Said Miranda. "Ok cool. So, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm officer Pete. I came from Santa Monica." The officer said. "Umm.. Ok." Miranda said. "Do you think California's a great place to live? The officer asked. "Yeah. But I live on a farm so I really don't go out to much." Said Miranda. "You sure?" The officer asked. "Honestly, no. It's hard to live on a farm. I'm so busy 24/7. I do homework and I need to do some farming." Miranda said. Cool. Why do you look so sad kid? The officer asked. "Your your the reason why! You had to crash the party and call are parents. Thanks to you, my mom ground me for two weeks! Plus, I don't get to see my friends on the weekends ever!" Miranda yelled. "Sorry kiddo. I was just doing my job. You know I don't make up rules. I need to follow them. Hey, I got an idea. What if I take you on a I'm sorry trip?" The officer asked. Ok. I guess." Miranda said. 20 minutes later. "We're here!" Yelled the officer excitingly. Miranda was speechless. "This is amazing! Miranda said. Look at the animals there so cute!" Woah! Look at the view up here!" Miranda said. 4 hours later.... "Officer? I'm sorry I got mad at you." Miranda said. "It's fine kiddo." The officer said. "Thanks." Miranda said. "No problemo." The officer said. Miranda chuckled. "Well Miranda, it's time to go home." The officer said. "Aww... Ok.." Miranda said sadly. 30 minutes later..... "Thanks for everything officer! You made my day!" Miranda said happily. "No problemo! I hope the rest of your day will be fun!" The officer said. "Friends?" Miranda asked. "Friends!" The officer said. "Bye!" Miranda said. "Bye kiddo!" The officer said.
