Your POV
Steven gave you a massive hug. You were so happy.
You pulled away.
"Steven.. you know I left you for your own good.." you looked down as tears glazed over your eyes.
"Please don't leave me again, I need you" Steven stepped closer and held your chin to look at him. "Please don't shut me out again" his eyes were begging you. Eyes could tell you so much, how much pain someone was in, how much joy they had.
As you looked into his eyes, everything began to get cold...
The forest around you started to fade away...
"Steven?!" You tried to touch him but he had become so far away.
"(Y/N), I'll find you"
Slowly he faded into that same darkness that haunted you, his beautiful smile had disappeared..
You scrunched up into a ball and cried.
You were alone again...
It hurt so much but you weren't being beaten.
You yelled into the darkness
"THATS EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID!"
Tears fell down your cheeks as you started to cry, it was louder then usual but you couldn't care less.
You woke up on the cold floor in that cave again.. you weren't sure how long you've been out here for. All the flowers beneath you had started to rot away, everything in the cave was dull. You fell deeper and deeper into a depression as your life became.. well whatever it is..
"Two am,"
You sat up
"where do I begin"
You wiped your face, seeing the tears.
"Crying off my face again"
You looked around at the dark and gloomy cave, no sounds anywhere...
"The silent sound of loneliness"
You looked at your bed
"Wants to follow me to bed"
A mirror appeared in front of you, you looked all worn out and frankly disgusting. Behind you there was a happy girl, but she was far..

The darkness abis came all around you and you started to twirl
"Dancing slowly in an empty room
Can the lonely take the place of you"
A memory of Steven appeared and faded...
"I sing myself a quiet lullaby
Let you go and let the lonely in"
You stopped dancing, looked at your gem and held it.
"To take my heart again..."
The darkness faded and you were in your cave, facing the forest. You arched all the flowers and trees..
"Too afraid, to go outside (inside)"
"For the pain of one more loveless night"
You remembered how Steven would hold you in your sleep..
"For the loneliness will stay with me"
Tears started to glow from your eyes as you stepped forward...
"And hold me till I fall asleep"
You stared at the mountain above.. you started to walk up it on the vines that made a staircases, you sang,

You started to get louder, remembering.

You remembered your father..

You had reached the top, slowly walking over to look above the town..
You sighed..
"Broken pieces of"
You remembered everything that had happened...
"A barely breathing story"
"Where there once was love
Now there's only me"
You looked at your hands and scrunched them into fists, looking into the town from far away, you yelled.
"And the lonely!"
"Dancing slowly in an empty room!
Can the lonely take the place of you?!"
Tears streamed down your face as the wind blew your (h/l h/c) hair.
"I sing myself a quiet lullaby!"
You turned around, looking over your shoulder..
"Let you go and let the lonely in..."
"To take my heart again..."
You started to walk away... you were lonely now but you always were. The man who impersonated your father, never loved you. Your month we was never there. You were locked in a basement so there was never any friends accept the rats and spiders..
You walked down the mountain, everything hurt. The pain was so bad but you kept walking. You didn't have a purpose in this world. Your mother may have been a god but you must have been an accident.
You didn't want to live anymore. You'd lost track of time. You'd lost friends. You'd push everyone away...
You walked to the side of the cliff, you watched the long fall down. Any thing would break, especially a human.
If you killed your human form you would be left in peace.
Everything around you was silent. Your own thoughts were quite. The wind blew over you and the sky was grey. Watching the dark abis below.
You stood, thinking. All reasons led to you jumping. You walked forward so you were directly on the edge, looking out into the forest ahead...
