You swiftly spun around, seeing him. What you feared.

"Steven?!" You has a bit of a voice break. You were both just staring at each other, he looked better. But where was Connie?

Steven has tears in his eyes, you pulled up your bandanna as it payed across your head.

Both of you stood still, looking into the others eyes. The sound of the sea crashing against the rocks and the way the vines slithered back into the forest, making tons of rustling sounds.

"(Y/n)-" Steven started but you didn't want to hurt him. He couldn't be here.

"What are you doing here?!" You said with tears in your eyes, your voice getting a bit louder. You threw your arms around whist talking, "Steven it's not safe! I'm not safe! You've seen what I can do! I don't want to hurt you-" you hadn't noticed- thanks to all the turning around in small circles- that Steven had walked up to you.

He grabbed you and held you close to him, you sobbed into his chest. "S-Steven.. I cant k-keep leaving you" it hurt to much to keep pushing him away. All you wanted is for him to be safe, he just needs to stay away. "Then don't" he answered.

You pulled away from the hug and looked at him. "Steven-" "no (y/n). I'm not just gonna leave you here. I'm not loosing you." You sighed. "Steven-" "Please (y/n)! I want to help you. I can't just leave you."

You sighed. "Steven it's just too dangerous-"
