Earning his trust would probably be harder than the job itself. But that was for understandable reasons nobody changes their side this quick. At least not fully from good to bad or from bad to good. "So, what can I do to earn your trust? It's not easy I'm assuming?" You asked two questions. "It depends on what you view as easy. But it's going to be something that gives you a chance to run away which will result in your death or make it out alive by staying." He told you. That could mean anything but probably had something to do with the resistance and getting something from the base. That was the best guess you could have. There was an awkward silence that you decided to break with a question: "And that is?" You prepared yourself for anything and everything. Killing and torturing you would not do, or you would if the person really deserved it but in your eyes most of the people did not. "You are going back to where you first left that being Resistance base and return to me with all the plans they have. Or at least the ones you have no idea about yet." He explained you. Most of the plans they had were not told to you or at least fully, either because you had no part in them or they would take action later and that was their way of keeping it safe. It made sense to you, if less people know about something it's less likely to start spreading around. "I was expecting that... and you leave me no other choice than doing it." You sighed. One thing you had forgotten to tell him was where exactly Resistance had their base. And that planet was Hoth the coldest one of them all. "Sounds like we are going to Hoth. And we are leaving now" He said.
You shook your head to him saying you were leaving now. While it was true that getting closer to the base was much easier in middle of the night because darkness would give enough cover there were creatures hiding in the darkness you wished not to meet. And on top of that you were tired so that would not end well. "If you wish to have problem by running into who know what creatures in the darkness then yeah sure but otherwise, I say we should leave in the morning." How would he take what you just said? "I don't like it when people try to tell me what to do but you do have a point." He told you seeing weirdly calm. He soon continued: "One another thing. You are not going to live in this cell anymore. You will live in my quarters from now on, I have a spare room there and that's the best way for me to keep an eye on you." This was truly a surprise to you. Was it necessary to keep an eye on you that much? Living with him would be something totally new and something you never thought that you would experience. But he had his reasons obviously. "I wasn't expecting this, but I have no options." You said on a surprised tone. He started to walk out of the cell and expected you to do the same. And you did.
All the hallways felt endless but also dead. It was because everyone was asleep and there were no noises aside from your footsteps. He stopped and walked into one of the rooms with you following closely behind him. This was nothing you had expected, you had expected mostly empty few rooms, but this was sleek and modern yet still looked like a comfortable place to live in. "Any rules that I have to follow?" You asked. It was important to know. "No not really just don't go to my room, ok?" He asked and you nodded. He then turned to you asking yet another question: "I forgot to ask earlier but what's your name?" Your name really did no matter before but now that you would basically live and work with him it did matter. "Y/N." You just answered him. A little chuckle escaped your lips along with a joking question: "Are you going to wear that bucket on your head all the time even when nobody aside from me is seeing you?" At this point he would not kill you for calling his helmet a bucket or that at least was what you thought. You were also curious as in what he truly looked under that so-called bucket he was always wearing. He shook his head and soon after removing the helmet. He looked so much better than you had expected and now you did not understand why he was wearing a helmet after all. This could not be real! You thought Kylo Ren was attractive, as much as it felt wrong to admit it just was true. Nobody could convince you otherwise. His real face and his flowing hair made him so much less imitating. "Y/N you look surprised is there something wrong? Does my hair look horrible?" He asked clearly joking. "No, not at all." You said even giving him a little smile. "We both need to sleep I'll show you your room." He told you and opened one of the doors on a small hallway. "See you in the morning." He said walking to another direction that being his room. "Good night." You said walking into the room closing the door behind you. That room was bigger than what you had in your life, no complains. After taking off your shoes you just climbed on the bed and under the covers. These weren't exactly the best clothes to sleep in probably but at least for one night it would be totally fine. It didn't take a long time for you to find a comfortable position to sleep in. For the first time in a while you fell asleep quickly without any problems.
