SPENCER

It was a Saturday morning and there was a ping that came from my phone.

Nathan: Hey Spencer, I can't get ahold of Josh.

Spencer: okay one sec, let me see if I can get a hold of him.

Nathan: okay.

I went off the messaging app and onto the phone app. I clicked on Josh's contact, presses call and it started ringing.

The ring kept going on and on and on until finally it stopped.

'Welcome to the EE voice mail the person u have cal-' I ended it at that because I didn't want to leave josh a thousand voicemails, just so Nathan could get a hold of him.

Spencer: hey Nathan, sorry I can't get a hold of him.

Nathan: it's okay could we maybe um...never mind.

I was really curious as to what Nathan would say, so I kept pushing, usually I would have just left it there but my curiosity got the best of me.

Spencer: what where you going to say?

Nathan: oh, it's nothing really.

Spencer: no tell me please 🥺

Nathan: Ugh, I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out?

The saying does go 'curiosity kill a cat'

Spencer: yeah, sure that would be fun.

Nathan: okay i need your postcode and house number

Spencer: **** ***, 17 there u go

Nathan: okay thanks see you in an hour!

Spencer: bye

So I'm still lead in bed and have to be ready in an hour, THATS NOT ENOUGH TIME, god I'm screwed.

First and most importantly I had a shower, then I got dressed into a pair of white ripped jeans, and a burgundy jumper, no I couldn't be bothered to put a top on - You all are most probably thinking 'Eww' but like I don't want to get to hot - I also had a pair of back vans to top my outfit all and obviously my necklace my dad got me.

I styled my hair by that I mean put my hands through it.

Heading down stairs I could smell something cooking or burning I didn't really know any more.

Once I dot to the kitchen, I opened the cupboard grabbed the cereal, got the milk out of the fridge and a bowl. Poring it all in together to make a lovely mixture, putting all the stuff away and walking over to the kitchen table with my cereal and spoon.

I ate it and headed up stairs to grab my stuff and brush my teeth. After all that I checked the time and it was like not even a minute till Nathan would be here.

As if just on time there was a knock at the door.

"I'll get it" I shout throughout the house, that was pretty much empty.

Running down the stairs, and opening the door to be met with the face of Nathan.

"Hey!" He said smiling at me.
