*a week later*

I've decided one thing boy are annoying. I've been ignored for a week. I'm just going to give up, screw boys. I'll just stay single, it's better than falling for someone straight and getting my heartbroken.

I'm currently admiring the sea from my window. I know I've been down to the sea a few times but if I can avoid it, I will. It's not something I really enjoy, putting myself through pain and suffering just to make people happy.

I was lost in my thoughts when I got a notification from iMessage.

Josh: heyyyyyy do u wanna hang?

Me: yeah sure when?

Josh: right now is that okay?

Me: yeah it's fine I've got nothing better to do

Josh: yay! Meet me at aqua restaurant

Me: alright see you in a min

Josh: k

So now I have to get dressed in something appropriate to go out in.

Great.

I end up setting with a pair of black ripped jeans, an oversized Burgundy hoodie and black vans. With my outfit done, I ran my hand through my black hair and leave it. I grab my phone and wallet- can't forget the headphones- and head out.

I walk to the place where I'm supposed to meet josh. And you'll never guess who he brought along. Yep, you guessed right,

Nathan.

Just don't talk to him. Problem solved.

"Hey Josh," I said

"Sup, if you don't mind I said Nathan could tag along," he said

"Nah, that's fine" Just because he's tagging along doesn't mean I have to talk to him.

"let's go eat!" Josh exclaimed and I chuckled at him.

The three of us went inside Aqua (If you're wondering why it's called that. It's because no surprise, it's right next to the beach) We all sat down at a table. The order was Josh and Nathan next to each other and me in front of them both.

"so what have you guys been up to lately?" Nathan tried to start a conversation.

"oh God, so many things: I met a girl and she's really hot n' all I think I might actually like this one, as in..."

Whereas Josh carried on the conversation, I shut my mouth the whole time. Let me give you a few reasons why: first off, he ignored me for a week. Secondly, he brings me to a party then leaves me alone, even though I ran off-I mean who does that, I don't that's for sure but obviously, he does.

I was 15 when I went to my first and only party.

*Flashback*

It was currently 7:30 pm and I was waiting for Josh to pick me up. We are going to a party-my first party-that he had invited me to. Not gonna lie I was kinda scared, you never know what might happen at those things. The number of movies I've watched, them having a party and the police turn up. Not for me.

Josh had finally arrived at my house and it was time to leave. I went downstairs to open the front door for him, I didn't bother to tell my parents where I was going. It's not like they'd care so why bother.
