What Did You Find?

After running for what seem to be hours Jason and Carlos found an old well deep into the forest. Getting out of the wolf Carlos opened the well and climbed down Jason following after him. The well had a putrid smell and the drops of water echoed. Jason was very confused about what Carlos was doing. Carlos went back into his form and started searching.

"Why did you go back into your form for?"

"I can see better" Carlos turned around to look at Carlos and flashed his eyes as if they were flashlights on, off, on, off, on, off. "That's why."

"That's cool I didn't know you could do that," Jason said.

"Which is why you still need training," Carlos replied.

Jason didn't mind the idea of still needing training because he really didn't want to fight but he wanted it to be over. Jason turned into wolf form just to try out his eyes. He liked the idea of flashlight eyes.

After searching for an hour Carlos jumped on the wall and screamed "got it!" As the wall broke down Carlos ran out of the way to let it tumble.

"What did you find?"

Carlos grabbed something with his mouth and backed away from the rubbish.

"This is what I found" Carlos put the item onto the floor and transformed out. It was a scroll of some sort. Carlos opened it up and read off of it while Jason transformed out and stood up to look at the scroll. Jason couldn't read any of it because it looked gibberish.

"This is from the last great alpha! it explains how he unlocked his magic. This could be very helpful." Carlos put the scroll back together and handed it to Jason. "I know how to unlock your magic and how to get the other packs back together without the possibility of fighting. But we still need you to be prepared just in case."

"I can't read any of this why give it to me?" Jason asked.

"Because you gonna run with it in your mouth."

Jason made a funny look on his face looking down towards the scroll and nodded "alright then.
