Luke's POV.
I went up to the receptionist to ask her where the train to Perth is.
Luke: G'day, do you know where the train to Perth is?
Receptionist: First, can I see your tickets? You can use your phones, E-tickets are allowed here.
I got out my phone and showed her all of our tickets.
Receptionist: Oh, that's a lot of you. Are you lot students?
Yao: We are.
Louis: Yeah.
Danna: All of us are.
Receptionist: Okay, so you lot are heading to Perth via Adelaide?
Luke: Yes.
Receptionist: Righto, the train heading to Perth is that way. But because you want to go there via Adelaide, you need to wait for the next train.
Calum: In which station.
Receptionist: The same one heading to Perth.
Luke: Thanks.
We went to the train station and waited for the train. It is a long time. The train arrived but this isn't our train, this one is heading directly to Perth.
Troye: I can't wait to go home.
Shawn: Dude, we have to go to Perth in order to go to Christmas Island. There is a plane waiting for us.
Troye: But I'm also from Perth, I got excited when we were about to go there. It was my home before entering 2nd year university where I have to be transferred from the University of Western Australia to the University of Sydney.
Shawn: Oh.
Troye: I told Luke that before we even went to New Zealand.
Connor: Is the train here yet?
Brad: Not yet, we have to wait for 5 minutes.
I was just writing about stuff in my diary when my girlfriend, Sierra, looked at it. It's kinda annoying when people tried to take a peak of your diary unless it's someone you trust.
Sierra: What are you writing?
Luke: My diary, I write stuff about my day and stuff.
Sierra: Then why does it look depressing?
Luke: Starting from October 2019, bad things started happening. First, we were transferred to New Zealand but Ashton was rushed to the hospital, second, one of our members faked his own death.
Sierra: Harry?
Luke: Yup. How did you know?
Sierra: Just saw the news, didn't know he would be in your side.
Luke: Yeah, reunited with Niall.
Sierra: Also I was in Auckland at that time.
Luke: Yeah.
It has been 5 minutes and our train had arrived. We got in but we have to show our E-tickets before entering. Once we did, we were sent to economy class. You might think economy class is horrible but as studemts, they're the best seats in the house.
Luke: Economy class, thanks Aren.
Caleb: Why would Aren chose economy class for us?
Zoe: First and business class are for businessmen and we are still students so Aren chose economy class for us.
Raphael: You guys get scholarships each year because of your academic performance in university. However, Aren doesn't want to spend a lot of it so that's why we chose economy class.
Kan: Huh, kinda clever to let Aren choose this car to keep to ourselves.
Aidan: Yeah.
We put our bags on the overhead compartments and sat on our seats.
Luke: How long does it take for you to go from Perth to Sydney, by train?
Troye: Usually takes about 6 days, it's just direct, no stop overs. But we're heading to Perth via Adelaide so that's good.
Calum: Oi Luke, do we have to get off when we arrive at Adelaide?
Luke: No, remain in the train until we reach Perth. It will be a long time.
Brent: Then why did Aren chose economy class instead of first class?
Troye: I took economy class when I was going to Sydney. It took days to go there.
Then the train started moving and I wrote some stuff on my diary. I also looked at the view outside, it looks awesome. I'm kinda glad I get to see those places when I was in high school. I finally got to see those places again.
Luke: Isn't the view nice?
Troye: Yeah, I really got to see them when I was heading to Sydney.
I continued writing my diary and it started to get darker. I started hearing whoosh sounds too. This is the usual feeling I felt every night.
Luke: Is it me or I kept on hearing whooshing sounds every night?
Rena: You keep on hearing whooshing every night? Wow.
Luke: I know, gives me a headache.
Calum: That headache wouldn't last long, we all keep hearing whooshing sounds at night keeping us awake.
Blake: Even I kept hearing it after my lung transplant. Every night.
Brad: In fact, all of us did.
Then my amulet started beeping. I pressed on it to answer it and it was Aren.
Luke: What is it Aren?
Aren: Did you guys hear any whooshing sounds? Not from the train, but unusual ones?
Troye: We did, why?
Aren: Because Chase is trying to track you, it says here that you are halfway too Adelaide. I'm going to secure your amulets or any technology you have so that he won't track you.
Blake: Just 1 question, why do we have to be a secret from anybody else?
Aren: So that you won't be spotted by either Chase or Medusa easily. Your powers must remain a secret or mystery from anybody else. That way, they won't track you. Just tell the public that you lot are just plain citizens and nothing else. Nothing unusual from you.
Luke: Got it.
Aren: Good, now you can go to sleep, I'll look out for Chase and Medusa for you.
Luke: Thanks Aren.
I hung up as I told everyone to go to sleep since this is a long journey.
Luke: Guys, go to sleep, this is a long journey.
Reece: Well George is already asleep. Also Calum, Devan, Zoe, Michael, Robert, Raphael, Kan, Aidan, Brad, Connor, Jamie, Annika, Yuto, Tanya, Ken, Sheryl, Thaiyo, Ankit and Aiden are also asleep.
I looked over and saw Calum, Devan, Zoe, Michael, Robert, Raphael, Kan, Aidan, Brad, Connor, Jamie, Annika, Yuto, Tanya, Ken, Sheryl, Thaiyo, George, Ankit and Aiden asleep. Then I started drifting off but I yawned first.
Luke: Good, goodnight everybody.
Everyone: Goodnight.
