Season 10: 2# New Recruits

Luke's POV

We went back to HQ and nobody got sick. But these Chinese suits are uncomfortable. I really wanted to take it off like right now but we have to meet up with Sir Simon too.

Luke: Sir Simon, here are our new recruits.

Simon: Jolly good, you all may be seated.

We sat down as we listen to Sir Simon. We also got some tea and biscuits in case this gets boring.

Thaiyo: So what is this organization?

Simon: This is the Zodiac Heroes organization. It is a secret organization and only Zodiac Heroes and Dark Syndrome victims can access it. Before the fire in the HQ in 2012, it consists of your parents until one day, the fire happened. Luckily most of them managed to escape but Ashton, Kan, Nia, Rena, Brent, Bea, Lexi, Kris, James and Tristan's parents died. Luckily, Ashton, Kan, Nia, Rena, Brent, Bea, Lexi and Kris stayed with their mum but James and Tristan became orphans.

Alan: You were an orphan?

Jamea: Yes.

Connor: But these events keep on going on and on and on and on and on...

Brad: Thank you, Connor, we don't need that right now.

Simon: Now, ever since Calum, Devan, Collins, Troye, Luke, Shawn, Michael, Wendy and Ashton first came here, they have been recruiting new members, and of course, making new friends. From all over the world.

Luke: Actually, we've made friends with Robert, Bindi, Brad and Connor when we were back in Australia and Jamie, Annika, Brent, Bea, Lexi, Kris, Louis, Yao, Yuto, James, Tanya, Tristan and Ben when we were in Singapore.

Simon: Fair enough. So you can all gey changed into their regular clothes and go back upstairs to do your research. Your next course is tomorrow.

We all went back upstairs and changed back into our regular clothes. I then sat down on my bed and took a lot of notes about the coronavirus. Nobody knows for sure about it.

Thaiyo: What else have you guys been researching?

Zoe: About these horrific events. It has been going on for a long time. And it has been happening to us ever since the fire in 2012.

Brad: Like my lung transplant, then a stroke and then a head trauma a year later.

Then, Prof. Baxter came into our room. I guess he wants us down for dinner again, so we went downstairs and have our dinner.

Prof. Baxter: Wow, I didn't expect you to bring more people here.

Wendy: We rescued them from a dark cloud again.

Sheryl: We are all Chinese, we were here for a school trip.

We finished our food and went back upstairs. I kept researching about the Wuhan virus because our next course is tomorrow.

Luke: Guys, tomorrow is our next course so let's get ready.

We got changed into our sleeping clothes and went to bed. I hoped I won't oversleep this time, or else. The next day, we went to the university. We went to our classroom and sat on our usual seats. Then 2 mean girls came up to us.

Arzaylea: Well, if it isn't Luke Hemmings.

Luke: It is.

Zoe: You should've told us your ex is here.

Luke: Not just my ex. Look.

Abigail: Well hello hello hello.

Raphael: Michael's ex.

Abigail: Oh, remember me, Zoe and Raphael? You were so small when I first saw you.

Calum: Don't touch the kids.

Wendy: Calum, you should've told me that you have a- Abigail? Remember what you've done to Michael? Back in high school?

Kris: Guys, who's that?

Michael: My ex.

Luke: Also my ex.

Kan: Oh my gosh, Michael and Luke, you should've told us your ex is here.

Sierra: And their current girlfriends.

That's when our current girlfriends came. This is Sierra, we started dating when we were in 1st year university. And that's Crystal, Michael's girlfriend whom he first met in 1st year university too. And if you want me to introduce our ex girlfriends, Arzaylea was my girlfriend from secondary school to 1st year university. And Abigail was Michael's ex back in secondary school. Before we graduated.

Luke: Sierra, didn't know you're here.

Sierra: Me too, I missed you when I was studying in Australia so I came here. And studied in the research court.

Robert: Didn't know Luke has a girlfriend.

Sierra: Luke, who's this?

Luke: That's Zoe's boyfriend, Robert. He is more of a best friend to her because of their age.

Sierra: See.

Prof. Anderson: Everyone please be seated.

We sat down and listened to Prof. Anderson.

Prof. Anderson: As you guys know, I'm back. Sorry if Prof. Lebedinsky was being rude to you. So anyways I'm back, I just gave birth to a girl because I was pregnant. You lot didn't know because you were home for christmas.

Shawn: And we went to Singapore and got these lads.

Prof. Anderson: Right, so anyways, I gave you an assignment about the coronavirus. Did anyone do that?

Luke: Yes I did, I gathered all the research I could find.

Prof. Anderson: Good, so how many countries and territories were affected by the virus?

Luke: There are currently 18 countries and territories affected such as, Mainland China, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, United States, France, Germany, South Korea, Canada, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Thank you.

Prof. Anderson: Very good, now you need to tell us what is happening right now revolving around the virus. As of January 28.

Luke: The Philippines suspends visa upon arrival to Chinese nationals. Thailand confirms 6 more cases and there are now 14 cases. They started scanning all visitors from China. Singapore confirms 2 more cases, Japan confirms 3 more cases, Germany had it's first case, and then 3 more cases, a new case in France occured when an elderly Chinese tourist is in critical condition, Canada reported a new case in British Columbia...

Prof. Anderson: I think that's enough now, Luke. Now I need, Arzaylea. Arzaylea, I need you to report your research.

Then there was silence, I'm pretty sure Arzaylea didn't do her work. That's when she started yapping about something that doesn't make sense to us.

Arzaylea: Luke copied my research!

Everyone(except Abigail): What?!

Bindi: Luke would never do that.

Luke: This doesn't make sense, I just searched it up and then summarize it in my notebook.

Brad: Oi! Luke would never do that, he is an honest and loyal person.

Connor: Plus he always tells the truth to us.

Arzaylea: Not until now, Brad and Connor. You look a little like Calum, the one with baby twins.

Brad: He doesn't have baby twins you twat.

Connor: Brad!

Prof. Anderson: Guys, let's sort this out, meet me at the hallway, now.

Luke: Yes, Prof. Anderson.
