"GRAY SAMAAAAA!" A beautiful blunette ran through the school hallways. "Juvia has a present for you!"

"Not again." The one being called turned just as he was run into by a blue blob. "Juvia, get off."

"Look at the present Juvia made you!!!" Juvia presented him with a beautifully handcrafted doll resembling her.

"Why the hell should I want this?" Every damn day, he was receiving unwanted presents from her. Yesterday was cookies of him, Natsu teased him of being a cannibal. Oh that flame-brain was gonna get it.

"Juvia put her heart into it because she LOVES you!" Gray groaned, what did this girl want?

"I don't want it." He said this every day without fail, with the same emotionless face.

"But Gray-" Juvia pressed on, still handing him the doll.

"I said I DON'T WANT IT!" When would she ever leave him alone?

"Juvia still loves you!" Juvia really did believe that she loved Gray, ever since she met him.

Flashback

It was snowing, but no one was outside. Probably because it was negative 30. Juvia had just been kicked out of her home and was wandering the streets aimlessly. Every so often, she came upon a person who was out for a short errand.

"Sir, could you lend Juvia some shelter?" or "Ma'am, could you spare a scarf for Juvia?" Every time, she was ignored. She could hardly feel her fingers. After all, she didn't have any winter gear on. Defeated, she huddled in an alley, trying to stay as warm as possible.

"Do you need somewhere to stay?" Startled, she looked up to see a teen about her age.

"Yes, please," She said. He took her to his home, introducing himself as Gray, and let her stay the night. Juvia never introduced herself and left as soon as it was morning.

"Thank you for your hospitality, sir," were her last words, and she left. Imagine her surprise when she saw him at school. However, Gray had no recollection of her. She loved him anyways.

End Flashback

"Juvia still loves you!" What the hell was this woman thinking, she had only known him for a month.

"I don't." He responded coldly.

"But-"

"ENOUGH!" Gray was sick of this, he took the doll and threw it on the floor. He watched the hand painted face shatter as it lay, limply. Looking up, he was shocked to see tears in her eyes.

"It's okay Gray-sama, if you don't want it, Juvia doesn't mind." Except she clearly minded as tears dripped down her face. The girl turned and fled, leaving Gray subject to the whispers around him, and a broken doll on the floor.

"What the hell?" She never reacted like this, not when he threw the cookies in the trash or cut the pictures to shreds. Maybe she had finally realized that he meant what he said. Disgruntled, he picked up the pieces of the doll, put them in the trash and walked to his next class. He felt the slightest bit of guilt for ruining something that clearly took a lot of time, but he had to get his feelings, or lack thereof, through her head.
