Once she got home It was late and he still didn't show up to play another round with her. When she was about to give up and delete the game he showed up online.
Chao-xing privately messaged him:
"Hey it has been ages where have you been"
Kim Nam-Joon responds:
"Sorry I had things to take care of. Let's play"
They started playing but she kept losing to him. They were so into the game that they didn't even realize that all night had passed and she was late to her own comic meetup. She was rushing and panicking about getting there. While receiving phone calls from her workers asking where she was. She runs out of the house without the umbrella and gets on the bus. The rain starts pouring harder. She is stuck under the roof when Kim Nam-Joon eyes on Chao-xing as she dejectedly looks at the sky. He smiles faintly and moves past her, swiftly dropping his only umbrella into her hand. He tosses his hood over his head and adjusts his glasses and heads out in the rain without a word. She looks up at the umbrella in surprise leaving her speechless and then she smiles at his blurring figure she calls out, "Thank you!" over and over.
Then running to the comic shop. She kept giving autographs smiling while remembering earlier situations wishing they could meet again. Having her head looking down signing her comic right in front of her she hears a familiar voice "Hey can I get your autograph"
She looks up nervously and sees the guy from the cyber cafe smiling while handing her comic. She gets filled with happiness staring at him and she rapidly signs his comic and leaves her number. She couldn't stop staring at how he slowly gave her a smile with a dimple on his face.
"I never could imagine you an artist," He says
"Not many people know about it" She replies handing the cover
He takes the comic and leaves with a smile that made his cheeks hurt looking at her signature where she also left her number. Happiness filled her over feeling like she just won an oscar. After the meeting was over she made her way to the bookshop on the fourth floor going to the elevator Kim Nam-Joon following behind her people pushed them in then got squashed into a corner with her as the elevator fills up. From outside the glass window, Jin sees the back of Chao-xing's head and Nam-Joon, assuming that they are kissing.
Jin immediately calls Jimin "Hey you won't believe what I just saw. Nam-Joon was kissing Chao-xing!"
"Are you sure it was him?" He clarifies
"I know even if it's was Nam-Joon in a mask. I know it's him" Jin says
"Wait he wasn't wearing a mask," Jimin asks
Jin says walking to the car " Yes he wasn't! We need to talk to him!"
As Kim Nam-Joon's face got close to Chao-xing he freezes staring at her top lip when the elevator stops people started leaving with new people going in they kept staring at each other until Chao-xing's phone calls and she hangs up without looking who it was.
Kim Nam-Joon starts apologizing "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to get so close to you" "If you really sorry take me out for ice cream," Chao-xing says joking
Kim Nam-Joon takes her to an ice cream shop where she was extremely proud of what she said.
"This is our second time meeting and I still don't know your name," She tells him
"Second time?" He says confused sipping his coffee
"Yeah Cybercafe," she says putting a spoon of ice cream in her mouth
He assumes that she really doesn't know that he is part of BTS and says "Oh yeah... My name Nam-Joon"
"Nam-Joon... Nam-Joon..." She kept repeating to herself and added "You're from Korea?"
"Yeah, I came to China because of my family" He lies to her. Keeping it a secret that he's RM
"I'm Chao-xing" She introduces herself smiling at him
