He sees her freeze not knowing whether to look who came or help her to calm down. He comes to hug her but there was even louder shouting down the stairs.
"Where's our money?" They ask
"I have it," Dad says
Nam-Joon goes down the stares surprised that it was only two guys. Nam-Joon comes up with a bag and throws it to them.
"There is exactly 2 million," Nam-Joon says
"It was 2 million yesterday now it's 10 million," Man says
Nam-Joon gives her dad a confused look and they say "Today is the last day to pay the debt"
"If you can't pay you shouldn't have played again," A man says
"Huh... Again..." Nam-Joon looks at her dad
"I'm sorry I have no idea how it happened" Her dad goes on his knees
'I don't have so much money on me' Nam-Joon thinks
Meanwhile, Ho-Seok comes out of nowhere standing behind the door listening. He picks up his bag and goes around the corner changing into fancy costumes and walks in confidently taking off his sunglasses.
"I'll play for him again," Ho-Seok says
'What is he doing here?' Nam-Joon thinks and looks at him in shock
"Who are you?" Her dad and the man ask in one voice
Without answering any questions he says "Don't you know what your boss will do if you reject me?"
"I'm putting 60 million and you can't ever touch them again," Ho-Seok says
"We don't know you. How can we trust you?" They ask
Ho-Seok pulls out his phone making them pull out their knives "Chill I'm calling your boss"
"Idiots" Ho-Seok mumbles
"Lord?" He calls
"Seok haven't heard of you in a while" boss answers cheerfully
"Since when your people are touching my people?" Ho-Seok asks
"What are you talking about?" He asks
"Two of your people are in front of me," Ho-Seok says
"Give them the phone" Boss commands
Ho-Seok hands them the phone they couldn't hear what the boss was saying but they could see the fear on their faces. Her parents and Nam-Joon couldn't understand what is going on but they felt confident in him for some reason. They hand the phone to Ho-Seok and go on their knees begging for forgiveness.
"Tomorrow morning meet me at your usual place," Ho-Seok says
"We can't," They say
"We own your money and I have to pay for all my debts," Ho-Seok says grabbing one of them by their necks and staring into their eyes
"Now get out and I better never see you near these people again," Ho-Seok says
They leave without looking back and the mom goes to close the door. Nam-Joon runs up to him.
"I can't feel my legs catch me" Ho-Seok falls on Nam-Joon
"I was scared to death," Ho-Seok says
"So who are you?" Her dad asks
"I'm Ho-Seok... Nam-Joon's and Chao-Xing's friend" He shakes her dad hand trying to make it stop shaking
"You play?" Dad asks
"You still thinking of poker?" Her mom slaps his head
"Seriously since when do you play," Nam-Joon asks
"Before I joined you guys," Ho-Seok says
"I'll get going to Hotel," Ho-Seok says
"Why did you come?" Nam-Joon asks
'I can't tell him that I didn't want him alone with Chao-Xing' He thinks
"What you mean why? You didn't pick up my calls what was I supposed to think?" He complains
"Stay for dinner," Her mom says
"I don't think it comfortable," Ho-Seok says
"You can't say no to us," Her dad says
"Chao-Xing!" Nam-Joon remembers about her and runs upstairs and when he came to the room she was sleeping like nothing ever happened
Ho-Seok got up early getting himself together and practicing playing before going to the game.
"Seok haven't seen you in a long time," Boss says
"Yeah it has been a while," Seok says
"Is that old man with you?" Boss asks
"Yeah but he's not playing," Seok says
"You ready" Boss says
"I'm gonna play you?" Seok asks
"Yeah... You disobeyed my orders" Boss says
"I'm just honest," Seok says
"Why did you make it sound like a punishment? Shouldn't it be an honor?" Seok adds
"I'm glad you think that way," Boss says shuffling the cards
They start the game... Ho-Seok was extremely confident that he'll win but after four hours of the game, he lost.
"Ahh your still a child in this" Boss says taking Ho-Seoks bag of money
"I can't believe this" Ho-Seok says
"I will save up and pay you back... I swear" Her dad tells Ho-Seok
"I don't care about the money I get a good amount from the tours," Ho-Seok says leaving back to the Hotel
"WHAT? He lost?" Nam-Joon gets shocked not knowing what to do
"I will pay him back," Her dad said the same thing to Nam-Joon
"He won't take that money so there is no need for trying to collect it," Nam-Joon says
It has been half a week Nam-Joon kept trying to call Ho-Seok just like other members but there was no sign of him and nobody knew where he is...
