Chapter 2
Akira's POV
I teleport myself all the way to the forest behind our high school. I grin widely at nothing in particular.
At least this put a hold on Raegan murdering me... for now at least.
I wiggle my way gleefully towards the front doors of the school and jump up and down as I enter. My floral patterned skirt bouncing with me. I giggle again feeling pretty girlie.
Ah who cares.
I strut my way down the hall towards my locker when I feel a hand grab my fore arm.
"If it isn't little miss bubbly, all alone." Chad an awful guy from our school says as I turn to face him.
I squeak. I'm not really all that strong but I know what Chad wants, Chad gets. Sadly for him he doesn't know that messing with me will ensure the wrath of Emmy, Ren and Rae... even if Rae is more mad that she didn't get to kill me first but oh well.
"Yep. All alone." I tell him forming one of those creepy smiles on my face and widening my eyes to twice their size. My voice going into that creepy monotone that gives you goose bumps even if you aren't scared of it.
He looks at me like I've gone insane, and quite frankly I might have, but maybe that will get him to let me go and I can finally be on my way to better things. Like that oh so lonely picture of Liam in my locker.
"What the hell?" He asks me in that 'WTF' voice.
My creepy grin only proceeds to grow even wider at this and he just keeps looking at me.
"Let me GOOOOOOOO" I say holding out the 'oooo' so that my voice does that funky bouncy thing voices do when you hold a note or vowel to long.
He immediately drops my arm and backs up a few steps. His hands are raised in a surrender pose.
I stick my left hand out in the shape of a gun and smirk.
"Up against the wall, put your hands behind your back" I say in that weird fake deep, scratchy cop voice everyone does when they pretend to be a cop.
He just sneers at me.
"This isn't the last you'll hear from me Ira." He says using my nick name I hate and saying so in that strange too sweet, sickly sweet voice. Like Rae did this morning before she threatened to kill me.
"Pffft." I huff out in his direction and wave my hand at him as I turn. "Not likely you'll make good on that threat Chaddy boy." I poke at him using only my voice. Then I turn and continue on my way to my locker.
God that boy was annoying.

Serenity's POV
I tap my fingers absently on my book while I stare out the car window. I can hear Rae fuming in her head.
"Hey Rae, if you think any louder other non-telepaths are going to be able to hear you." I say leaning forwards on her seat.
Em snickers in agreement and Rae growls over her shoulder at me "Get out of my head Ren"
"OK, OK. You're just thinking really loud. It's just annoying." I reply leaning back and looking out the window. Sighing I close my eyes and focus my mind on where Akira had gone. All I got was flashing images of the school. I guess I was too far away to see anything clearly.
Emmy? I ask through the link
Yes? She replies glancing in the rear-view mirror
