The finale y'all have (maybe) been waiting for...

He could barely contain his excitement as he wound his way through the hallways that would take him to the waiting room.

Abby jumped to her feet the second she saw him.

The others just watched him expectantly.

"It's a girl," Tony said. His heart soared as his friends congratulated him.

"Can we see...?" Abby asked, gripping McGee's arm.

"Of course. Come on." He led them back to the room. "Here they are..."

Ziva only offered them a quick smile, too distracted by the tiny baby girl in her arms.

"Have you named her yet?" Ducky asked. He set a teddy bear on the side table.

Tony shook his head. "Not yet."

"She's so beautiful..." Abby looked ready to burst into tears.

"Jimmy's on his way with Tali," Gibbs said to Tony.

"Oh. Great."

"Hey, look," McGee said, pointing. "A drooler. Just like her dad."

They all laughed, even Ziva. "He does not drool that much," she said. "Only a little bit."

"Aw, thanks, sweet cheeks. I love you too."

She gave him that long, slow blink of hers, the one he now associated with her returning the sentiment.

God, he loved her so much. All of them. His girls.

They heard the pattering of shoes in the hallway, the door spilling Tali into the room seconds later.

"Ima! Aba!" She launched herself at Tony, who caught her in his arms.

"Your little sister's here, Tali."

Tali looked down at the sleeping baby and scrunched up her nose.

"Oh, come on. Just this morning you well telling us about how excited you were."

"I changed my mind."

Everyone laughed again.

"Give it time," Gibbs said. "Give it time."

It's a little shorter than I remember, so I might've been planning to add to it. I don't know. If that's the case, maybe I'll eventually add additional bonus chapters. I don't see that happening any time soon, though. Too much going on right now.

Anyway... Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed the story!
