"He pulled into that parking lot with them out of state tags
I fell in love before he unpacked his bags
One look, one smile, one 'what's your name?'
One 'what you doing later? Wanna grab a drink?"

It was summer break thankfully and college was over until late August rolled around. I was enjoying the time I had off by buying alcohol and food. It was already June and time does fly by when you're having fun. I was currently loading my bags into the trunk of my car. That's when I seen the brightest blue eyes staring right back at me. The handsome guy that those bright blue eyes belonged to started walking towards me and it was hard for me to breathe.

"Hi doll. I'm Tig Trager." The blue eyed stranger introduced himself.

"Hello. I'm Y/N." I replied smiling at him.

"I usually don't do this, but would you want to maybe grab a drink later?"

"Sure. I'm looking for something to do. I know a place we can go. Give me your phone." I stated boldly.

Tig handed me his phone and I entered my number under the contact name Y/N with a heart beside it. I handed him his phone back and texted him my address.

"And it was hello summer, goodbye to my heart
Blue skies and blue eyes, a hell of a way to start
Letting him go would be the hardest part
Hello summer, goodbye to my heart
To my heart"

"I sent you my address. Pick me up at 7." I smirked at him before placing a hand on his cheek and kissing the other. I got into my car and turned to look at him and winked before driving off. Before I left though I could hear him tell himself, "What did I do to deserve this?" I got home and unloaded my groceries. Glancing at the time I realized it was already 6:30. I hurried to change into a black pair of skinny jeans with holes in the knees, a black tanktop, black combat boots, and a black leather jacket. I decided to leave my hair naturally curly and down. I quickly brushed my teeth and grabbed my phone, some cash, and my house keys shoving them into my jacket pocket and zipping it up. I heard knocking on my door and realized it was 7. I ran downstairs and opened the door.

"Hi doll." Tig said with a smile on his face.

"Hey Tig. I'm ready." I flashed a smile back at him.

"Let's go then."

He lead me to his truck and opened the door for me. Once I was situated, he walked around to the driver side and got in. We talked the entire truck ride to the bar and grill. As soon as we stepped into the bar we were lead to a booth.

"What can I get you guys to drink?" The waitress asked us.

"I'll have a beer." I told her showing her my ID.

"I'll have the same." Tig said showing her his ID as well.

"Alright, I'll be back with those." She replied before walking away.

"And who knew that one drink could turn into five?
Crazy how June burned into July
Tryna keep September from creeping in my head
Yeah, I knew what I was getting into the minute that I said"

Once she came back with our drinks we ordered food and kept our conversations going. We eventually moved to the bar and kept the drinks coming. It seemed that we both could hold our alcohol pretty well. Which was great because he had to drive me back home.

"Stay the night. I don't want you driving anywhere else with alcohol in your system." I told Tig while placing my keys back on the key rack and my cash in my purse. I placed my phone on the counter before hanging my jacket up.

"If you don't mind."

"Hello summer, goodbye to my heart
Blue skies and blue eyes, a hell of a way to start
Letting him go would be the hardest part
Hello summer, goodbye to my heart
Oh, yeah"
