OH MY G O D . THANK YOU FOR BRIEFLY GETTING ME FIRST PLACE IN THE STANLEYBARBERXREADER CATEGORY. I'M SCREAMING. <33
Back at my house, we change quickly. Stan decided to change in the bathroom so I wouldn't see anything, since he even had to change his underwear. I took the chance to change into a pair of jeans that are rolled at the bottom and a shirt with different colored sleeves. Seeing as Stan isn't finished changing, I take the chance to write in my journal.
Dear Diary,
Stan lost again and this time he got completely soaked, haha. Also, some crazy shit happened this morning. Things felt kind of sexual when Stan was messing with me in the kitchen. Not that I'm complaining, I just didn't expect it."How do I look?" I look up from my diary and at Stan. He's got a Hawaiian button up, the front tucked into his jeans. His jeans have different colored knee patches and are also rolled at the bottom. I grin at him, closing my diary.
"Hot. Read to go?" I place the diary on the shelf and stand, sliding into my shoes. Stan nods excitedly. Going to the skating rink is one our favorite things to do together. We would go every Wednesday up until my trip came around. We quickly take our leave after gathering what we need.

"Maybe we should have taken my car." Stan comments as we walk. The skating rink is kind of far but I don't mind the walk. I shrug and open my mouth to speak but he beats me to it. "Is that Sydney?" I tilt my head a bit in confusion. Sydney?
"Who?" I ask. Stan glances at me and nods towards a red head that walks towards us, her head ducked down and her eyes staring off in thought.
"She's the new kid. She joined while you were away. Hey, Sydney!" Stan calls, waving with a beaming smile. Perhaps they've met. Sydney looks up from the pavement and smiles a bit, waving slightly until she looks at me, her expression faltering. I beam at her. If she's a friend of Stan's she's a friend of mine. Not a moment later, we're stopped in front of each other, Stan grinning like a doof and Sydney eyeing me suspiciously. Perhaps she's shy.
"Uh, hey Stan." She greets him, pulling her eyes away from me. I stand there politely, hands in my back pockets.
"Hey, Sydney." Stan greets back, giggling stupidly. "Ah- I want you to meet my friend and fiancé, Y/n L/n." I gasp and slap his arm harshly as Sydney's eyes widen.
"Fiancé?" She questions desperately as Stan cracks up. I shake my head with a roll of my eyes, a smile placing itself on my face.
"He's kidding." I glare playfully at him. This almost seems to relieve her, which I take quick notice to. "I am his pal though." I put my hand out. "But I'm Y/n. It's nice to meet you." She only glances at my hand and looks back to Stan.
"Where are you headed to?" Wow, okay. Rude. I keep my smile on as I put my hands back in my pockets.
"The skating rink!" Stan beams excitedly. "Do you want to come?" Though the girl was being rude, I nod along. Maybe that's just how she is. Perhaps she was like that when she first met Stan. She'll warm up to me.
"Oh- uh, no thanks. I don't want to intrude." She says, glancing away awkwardly. I step in, deciding to give being nice another go.
"It's alright. You're not. It'll be fun." Her eyes move back to me and I pull the good ol' closed eye smile. She's quiet for a moment and I open my eyes. She's kind of just staring at me like she's trying to figure out if I'm pulling her leg or not.
"Okay, I'll come along." She says blandly, looking back at Stan. Stan once again beams and locks arms with both Sydney and I.
"That's awesome. Now I can spend time with my two favorite girls." Jealousy creeps up within me but I quickly shoot it down. There's only room in my heart for happiness and peace. Get that jealously shit out of here. I instead giggle and bump into his side gently.
