Perrie's POV

"Come on Perrie get your lazy ass up, today you have to start packing so come on i'll help", my mom said as she pulled the blanket way from my body, which made me groan. I slowly opened my eyes to see my mom grabbing clothes around my room and setting them on my bed.

"Mom, it's to early for this can't it wait like an hour", i groan as she pulls out a suitcase from under my bed.

"No Perrie it can't wait your going to college in less than three days and i know you so that means you will wait until the very last minute to get all your stuff ready", my mom says shaking me.

"Alright you got me, what time is it anyway?", i ask sitting up and stretching.

"9:30am", my mom says.

"Seriously i thought now that there is no more school you would finally let me relax, but no", i said standing up and helping my mom pack. We packed for about 45 minutes before we both realized that i had way to many clothes to fit in just one suitcase. We talked about college during our packing and she told me how her college experience was and how much fun i was going to have.

I knew in my heart i was going to have fun but i also knew that i was going to miss my family like a lot. I mean sure i'll see them but i won't see them everyday like I'm used to. Well at least i have Jade and my best friends with me to make me feel at home. As we were talking about me leaving i could see in my mom's eyes a few tears starting to develop.

"Mom can i ask you a question?", i asked.

"You just did sweetie, i'm kidding go for it", she said smiling at me.

"Are you helping me pack to try and get your mind off me going to college, because if you are you don't have to be upset i mean yeah we won't see each other as often as usual but you know that i will come over every weekend and the holidays. Besides college is only an hour and half away so you and dad and Caitlin and Jonnie can visit anytime you want", i say while folding some of my clothes up.

"No sweetie i just wanted to help you out with your packing otherwise you would be her for ages. And i know honey, but this is your time to leave home of course i'm upset that my little girl is finally on her way to being an adult but i know that this is what happens all the time. Jonnie has left and now it's your turn to leave the nest. But i'm glad that you will be around people that love you to bits especially Jade a.k.a my future daughter in law just saying", she said as i handed her some more folded clothes. I laughed at her last sentence as did she.

"Why do you love the idea of me and Jade married so much?", i ask zipping up suitcase number 1.

"Because i see the way you and Jade act around each other. When Jade's around you look at her like nobody could love you as much as she does. You look at her like you don't want to be in anybody else's arms. And well Jade looks at you like your a princess and she's your knight in shining armour. And that Perrie is love, if i'm honest i don't think anybody will love you or treat you like Jade does and that's all i could ever ask for, is to see you happy and to know that me and your dad don't have to worry about who you marry because we know it's Jade. And me and your dad love Jade to pieces she's a lovely girl ever since she walked through that door that night i knew you two were meant to be together", my mom said making both of us tear up, we both smiled at each other. I hugged her so tight before letting her go.

"Now missy go and talk to your sister she's feeling a bit down recently because someone is going away to college very soon", my mom say before i walk out my bedroom door and knock on Caitlin's door. I heard a faint come in after i'd knocked. I opened the door to see her in her pj's reading a book. I walked over and sat on the end of her bed.
