"I'm a savage"
---------------
You did not like this.
Not one bit of you liked this.
How could you? When the team's precious little cinnamon roll basically grew into this insensitive beast overnight.
Your eyes brimmed with distaste, as you watched Hinata shove aside Karasuno's rightful ace, who seemed as shaken up at the orange-haired middle-blocker's actions as everyone else was, before jumping at a signature height and taking Kageyama's toss for himself.
Hinata breathed in satisfaction, "Damn, I'm pretty awesome today. Then again, I'm always like this!" The line seemed out of place, especially when it came out of the orange-haired male's lips. Obnoxious laughter followed, also from Hinata, though it seemed forced out.
His behavior gave you the impression that Bokuto might have been parenting him too much. Therefore the smol baby had begun to pick up on the owl-man's conceited antics.
"Oi dumbass! That toss was meant for Asahi-San, are you blind or deaf? Both?!" The raven-haired setter fumed, receiving remarks of reassurance from Asahi himself yet his words fell on deaf ears.
After the setter's outburst, the match resumed, only this time-- the players grew wary of Hinata and wherever he ran to, as to avoid the whirlwind of chaos.
His next crime, happened to be inflicted upon poor Yamaguchi.
Hinata's speedy kill, managed to get past Tsukishima's single-man block and into the opposing side of the court. Unprepared for the incoming volleyball, Yamaguchi failed to receive it properly and had it land onto his precious face.
What got onto your nerves was the fact that Hinata didn't possess the liberty of apologizing. Instead, the shorty even bragged about how his spike managed to get through Tsukishima's supposedly spot-on read block.
Frowning, you approached Kiyoko and began your rant when she gave you an acknowledging smile. "What has gotten into him?" You whisper-yelled, clearly talking referencing Hinata's past movements since practice started.
The third-year manager merely shrugged her shoulders, uncertain of the cause herself. "He sort of reminds you of the ace from Fukurodani, doesn't he?" She smiles sympathetically and you emitted a troubled sigh.
From the sidelines, you watched as the conflict escalated into a full-on argument ranging from Hinata's lack of focus, said male's selfish calls, and Kageyama's obsession with milk.
"They've been hanging out too much, look how much he's influenced my Sho-Chan." Crossing your arms against your chest, you pouted miserably. Your sentence, for some reason, earned a knowing chuckle from your senpai.
On cue, you realized that you had just self-proclaimed ownership over your fellow first-year, blushing madly in the process of realization.
"Perhaps it's time you tell him how you feel (y/n)-Chan. I know it'll work between the two of you." She gives you a trustworthy thumbs-up.
You grew flustered, fiddling with your thumbs as you relayed your options. You risked a glance towards Hinata, seeing Kageyama grab him by the collar and slightly shoving the shorter male, then shaking your head stubbornly.
