Best day ever.

I walk out of class, looking at my phone not paying attention to anything. I bump into something hard and sturdy but also soft and fluffy. I know i've bumped into someone. I step back and look up. I look up at Grant's blushing face.  "S-sorry dude" I move out of his way and start to walk down the hall. After about a couple minutes i feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and it's Grant. I pull out and earbud and look at him. "Hey Ollie i've been looking for you all day, i just wanted to say thanks for inviting me to the party." I smile at him "That's fine I  was happy you came along" we stand awkwardly for a few seconds. Then i get an idea. "You wanna come hang out with me for a while?" He looks at the floor for a few seconds then looks up at me again. "S-sure!" He says, i can detect a hint of nervousness in his voice. We walk to my car just talking. when we get there i open the door for him and i climb in my side.

We close the doors and I start the car. "You can put some music on if you want to, the car is blootooth so just select ford ST on your phone." He looks at me, his ears flattened. I ignore him looking at me because i didn't want to blush more then i am already. I could see him in the mirror. How could someone be so hot, cute, kind and caring all in one? He is perfect. An Ed Sheeran song starts to play. conveniently its perfect and i giggle in my head about it. I drive out of the shcool parking lot and stop at a set of red lights. Chase pulls up next to me and Jess looks at me, takes a quick glance at Grant and smiles widely at me. I look quickly at Grant who has his head cocked looking down at his phone. This makes my heart melt. I see the light turn green and i pull away in the direction of my house.

After a quiet 15 minute drive i pull into my driveway. "Here we are." I shut the engine off and get out. I walk in the house, "Welcome, make yourself at home. you want a drink?" Grant slides his trainers off. "I'll have a water please" I nod at him. "Whacha wanna do first?" I say as i make the drinks. "how long do we have?" I place his drink down in front of him and he thanks me. "My parents have gone back to the UK so I can have people over without a problem for the next two weeks." He puts his guitar bag on the floor. "Can i listen to you play?" He nods and gets his acoustic guitar out of it's bag. "You wanna hear one of the songs i wrote?" I nod vigorously. He starts to play a slow and beautiful tune. He doesn't play much but it blows me away. Thoughts start to pop into my head. I have this tall, hot, handsome and pretty fox sat in my kitchen, playing me guitar. I smile wide. Im so lucky! 

"What did you think?" I get brought away from my thoughts. "It was beautiful" i say, still a little dreamy. He giggles and blushes. "Thanks" he replies putting his guitar back in it's bag. He looks up at me. "Wanna watch a movie or something?" I nod. "We can order food if you wanna stay for that long?" He nods,  "you can pick the movie too." I say, I don't care what he picks I just want any excuse to stare at his beautiful face and body for another hour.

He goes into the living room and i follow. He's put a horror movie on. Great. I sit far from him so i don't get scared and cuddle him accidently. Over the duration i edge closer and closer to him until the last jumpscare. The murderer is dressed as a plague doctor. my worst fear. Lightning illuminates him and his victim. I dive across the couch and end up across Grant's lap, holding a pillow to my face, shivering. He pauses the movie and tickles my tummy. My grip on the pillow loosens and he takes it away from my face. "Sorry is the movie i picked too scary?" He rubs my belly and talks to me in a comforting tone. I try my best not to wag my tail but i do. I feel my cheeks get hot. I'm blushing. He looks down at me and starts to blush too. I climb off of his lap quickly, i sit next to him. "s-sorry grant." He takes a sip of his drink. "It's okay." I blush a deeper red "t-thank you." i say nervously. He starts playing the movie again and i whisper "I love you"  Grant twitches his ear. Oh god i hope he didn't hear that. "You want food?" He looks at me. "Sure, can we have pizza?" I nod "That's what i was thinking." I ask what pizza he wants. "any kind you want" I nod and order a large margherita pizza. I sit down next to him again after turning the light on. "i heard what you said earlier." I blush and sit silently. He turns to me. "Ollie i have something to tell you." I look at him, still blushing. "I love you t-" I grab him and pull him to me and cut him off with a kiss.
