After school ends, I find a car waiting for me and someone wearing a similar suit to Jason Naught came out. Probably to greet me. “Mr. Naught has everything set up. Make haste and into the car.” He says. I shrugged and went in.
When the car arrived at what I assumed was THI, I’m lead through the lobby and into an elevator. I’m shown all sorts of stuff going on and some of them intrigued me. Touring the entire tower seemed to take forever and it was 8pm already.
When it came to us reaching what seemed like the 58th floor, I heard explosions and blaster gun fire. While the employee giving me the tour was busy with another employee, I booked it for the elevator. I wanted to know what was going on but I also wanted to get out of this cult-like place.
When the elevator doors opened, someone stepped in without noticing me. I looked at them and realized it was Mr. Naught. He turned around and when he saw me, his face switched quickly of anger to a friendly one. “I didn’t notice you. Did you enjoy the tour?” he asked just as the elevator stopped with another.
The other elevator has a guy in blue and white armor. “I just want to go home.” I said but he was already turned to the blue and white armor guy. “Are you lost? Or do you need to use the executive washroom?” Mr. Naught asked. “Does everybody here have a screw loose or something?” the guy in blue and white asked. I backed away just as Mr. Naught did a super jump to the guy’s elevator.
“I assure you. I’m as sound and body as you. Better in fact. We don’t call it Trans Human Industries for nothing.” Mr. Naught says as his form changed. I had my mouth open and pointed at him. “I knew you were in some kind of cult!” I said getting his attention. “Ah, I forgot you were here. You are needed though.” Naught says while turning back to the guy in blue and white. “Did you think it was that easy?” he asked.
I watched the guy touch Naught and he’s thrown down the elevator hole. The guy in blue and white jumps over and the elevator goes up. “Why are you here? Don’t you know how dangerous it is right now?” the guy asked. “I didn’t want to come but Naught had gotten my mom’s permission to give me a tour of this place. I’m just surprised that I was right about him being in a cult.” I said.
“What made you think he was in a cult?” he asked. “One, his hair is too freaking still. Two, how he was acting while he was at my apartment. And finally, his clothes. I just wish I could have told my new friends about this.” I said. “I think one of your friends already will understand. Also, this is my stop. I’ll see you around.” He says leaving the elevator. “And when you get to the bottom, run as fast as you can from here.” I hear him say.
It took a few minutes but when I finally reached the bottom, I was greeted with fires, fighting, and monsters made of fire and earth? I tried to sneak past towards the exit but then I had to hide as things escalated. I don’t know how I got into this but what concerned me was how I was going to get out of here. I watched the fight until someone had their gun hit out of their hand. That gun just so happened to have slid near my hiding place.
I looked to see if anyone noticed but their attention were on the robots and the elemental monsters. I hesitantly picked it up just as who I assumed was the leader yelled something. “Aim for the orbs on their head! Its their Achilles heel.” He says. I watch the focus switch to the orbs but saw one of the robots going for that leader guy. Taking a deep breath, I aimed and fired hitting the robot. It collapsed and the guy looked at it confused until his gaze met mine.
