The host called who were the finalists of the male solo artists. I wasn't in, I've been rejected.
The host came back requesting, "We need Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, and Harry Styles. They also called four other girls too. The partial blonde next to me crosses his fingers and starts biting his nails, I start doing the same.
Mum's mouthing 'yes' while nodding, while I'm shaking my head no,"This clearly means no Mum!" I said hoping I was wrong.
The host finally says, "I also need Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson on the stage too."
My heart is racing, please let me through, please. We each walk out on stage. "I wanted you here to tell you, you're too talented to let go." Simon said, "So, I've decided to make you a band."
I hear the girls screaming of excitement , while we just smile widely. I remember Harry. I also remember Zayn from boot camp, Liam too, but from two seasons ago. He's a little strict but I know we can break him of it someday...
Harry went straight to the floor, with a wide smile, resembling mine. When he stood back up, I jumped in Harry's arms out of excitement.
Well, July 23rd, 2010 at 8:23 p.m., the day I didn't just gain four bandmates, but my four new best friends.
