Chopras and Arora's were waiting for The Malhotra family when they heard the car being parked

'They are here...' said Janki and rushed to the door.

There were three cars in row...
A beautiful couple approx in late 50's to early 60's yet extremely fancy dressed got down from the car.

Deepali guessed it must be the parents of the guy. She quickly said Janvi to manage this and she would see if their maid had sorted the snacks and tea for their special guests and rushed to the kitchen.

'We are extremely happy that Vardhan has finally agreed to get married...

We were infact thinking that this guy is never going to get married and we have to just be happy with Shraddha and Nipun...

Oh ....by the way this is Shraddha, My daughter...she is 3 years elder than Vardhan but she is like Vardhan's second mother... Infact he shares even those stuff with her that he doesn't like to discuss with us...and this is my son in law Nipun...He's one of the best cardiologist in Bangalore... infact Shraddha was his student... now they Both practice at their clinic but mostly visit different hospitals" ....

finally sipped his first sip of tea ... that's Rishikesh Malhotra...groom's Father...

"Oh...we were very happy looking at the picture that Janviji sent...And Saanjh is a brave intelligent girl...

Whatever happened in the past was very unfortunate...But I'm glad Saanjh was fearless to take up the divorce step"...said Aarti ... groom's mother...

The chirpy atmosphere suddenly went nil when they heard the world divorce and Aarti just looked around thinking what wrong did she speak...

Author's Note:

My character Aarti Malhotra is like a big social name in the society.. one who is a big name while fighting against women's rights and also donated in millions to NGO's supporting these causes... She's one courageous hell of a woman I am inspired from... Not because she's written off as a big shot.. but because of her simpler thought process...

The thought process she has about remarriage is what I appreciate the most....Who believes everyone falls and starts again... and it's all Normal unlike other two characters Deepali or Jhanvi...Jhanvi is a good mother in law who supports her daughter in law...has abandoned her son now and is Saanjh's biggest support system but again she believes Saanjh is not happy...and wants Saanjh to get remarried to just SETTLE DOWN and Deepali her own mother who badly loves Saanjh wants her ready to get her married to anyone who agreed to take their daughter as it's her second chance...🤷 Here we see different categories of people who actually exist in the society and biggest irony they are all female characters I introduced whom I have seen across around me and I have introduced these characters woven into two sections of prevailing mentality around us. Deepali and Jhanvi are not wrong as they are both mothers but the thought that ends showing Saanjh as incomplete without marriage and hence to push her into it just because of Ehsaans ailing grandmother and forcing her into it is where the problem lies... It would have been simpler if Saanjh met the guy, liked him personally and got her married when she felt like instead push her into this like been pushed into a cage.

However the quintessential society that we live in its perfectly OK if a guy gets married multiple times ... divorce isn't a Big deal then..it's just when women are divorced or have a breakup..there are character certificates given to them, some are been judged and preached and then there are the extremists who believe a woman is good for nothing if she can't handle a marriage... Many believe marriages break only due to feminists who believe to have a EGO... where as EGO is something that doesn't have a gender. When it's a man they respect it and when it's a woman it's termed as 'She's ultra-modern or a feminist'!!!
