Infact I have Heard from many in the market there are very few highly efficient women who continue in this profession... mainframes are complicated...and are legacy systems but then I have heard Saanjh has been offered multiple offers from different organisations but she still choose to stay in the company that respected her working ethics and gave her good freedom to build a team of her own.. she's handling multiple projects..I have seen her handle high severity issues on one single ring in midnight's... She makes me proud ma.. I feel immense pride to tell Mrs AaryaVardhan Malhotra is not Just Mrs to me!!!
