~Sterling~
As the months went by, I couldn't stop myself from thinking about it. Taylor's words and that day at the park. I'd had enough now. I couldn't live with knowing and not doing anything about it anymore.
Walking up to the door, and facing the large brass knocker (is there an acutal name for those things anyway?) I considered leaving. Yeah no. I knocked. The door opened and a woman looked at me.
"Mrs. Cartwright?" I asked, she nodded. "My name is Sterling, I'm a...friend of Taylor's. Is he in?"
"I wasn't aware that he was having company today. He's upstairs. First door on your left." She said moving aside and motioning to the staircase. I nodded.
"Thank you." I said with my best smile. Fake smile of course. I took the stairs and there it was. First door on my left. Just like she said.
I knocked on the door and waited a minute. He came to the door, and stopped dead in his tracks.
"I think it's time we had a little chat, don't you agree?" I laughed and he opened his mouth to speak, nothing came out. "Oh well, I'll speak," I growled. "You listen." With that, I grabbed him by the collar, pushed him inside and closed the door behind us. His face was about to meet my fist, and he damn well knew it.
What I wouldn't give to be Harry Potter and cast a silencing spell.
