Adopted By Fifth Harmony (HIATUS)

Chapter 1

Laurie's POV:

"If you take my pulse right now it will feel just like a sledgehammer" my phone blared out. I groaned reaching for my phone. I snoozed it and promptly fell back asleep.

"LAURIE, LAURIE, LAURIE GET UP GET UP!!" I heard a voice squeal.

"What do you want Cayley," I grumbled, cracking open one eye.

"WE NEED TO GET READY!!" Hayley, Cayley's twin, yelled.

"What for.." I groaned, opening my eyes and hissing at the sudden brightness.

"The Fifth Harmony VIP meet and greet is today doofus," another voice joined in. That was Ariella.

I shot out of bed the moment "Fifth Harmony" rolled off Ariella's tongue.

"I cannot believe I forgot about that!!" I shrieked, rushing to my closet.

I quickly grabbed my pre-planned outfit and ran to the bathroom. I was wearing a white Fifth Harmony shirt and bleached skinny jeans. I paired it with my rainbow dyed high tops and put a beanie over my naturally wavy hair.

After washing up, I rushed back to our room where Cayley, Hayley and Ariella were waiting for me.

Ariella was wearing a similar Fifth Harmony shirt but with a black skater skirt and white converse. Her hair was in a side french braid with a bow at the end.

Cayley and Hayley were both wearing pink Fifth Harmony shirts with denim skirt overalls with one side fastened along with mint green converse. Cayley had two braids with a flower crown while Hayley had her hair in a high ponytail with a sky blue ribbon tied around it.

We all walked down to the cafeteria and sat down for breakfast with everyone else. Now you're probably wondering if I live in a boarding school, right? The answer is no.

I live in an orphanage. My parents had disappeared the day after my 10th birthday. No one knew where they went and since I had no known relatives, I came here, Sunnyside Orphanage. This is where I met my best friends.

Ariella had lost her parents in a car crash at the age of 10. She had only been here for a day before I arrived. Since we were both new, we stuck together and now we're the best of friends. That was 3 years ago, we both turn 13 this year.

Then there's Cayley and Hayley, a pair of 10 year old twins. They had lost their parents in a fire. They arrived 2 years ago at the age of 8. Me and Ariella offered for them to share rooms with us because we knew all too well how it felt like to be new here– you'd feel so lonely and lost. So now we're all together.

Besides my friends, there's another group of people who make life much more bearable.

One day I was watching TV when the X-Factor came on. It was in 2012 and it was the beginning of bootcamp. As I turned on the TV, Simon was putting people into groups. A group of 5 girls caught my attention. Ever since then I would watch TV whenever the X-Factor came on and look out for these 5 girls. First they were known as 1432, then Lylas and now they're one of the biggest girlbands worldwide. Yeap, you guessed it, I'm talking about the one and only Fifth Harmony.

I took out my handphone and sent out a quick tweet.

"@adorkabelalren: meeting my idols of all time today yass!! #excited" (A/N this is my actual twitter haha).

After breakfast, me and the girls went upstairs and did the final preparations. Today was the VIP meet and greet that we managed to win in a contest while tomorrow was the actual concert. We had dance later though so we had to quickly come back after the M&G.
