Since my new, but now dead, best friend, Marshall's, death no one else has died. It's been two days and yesterday everyone remained alive. We remained at the barn, and when ever someone was close we would just hide.

"Rocky." I heard Everest say. "Yeah?" He responded. "If i die..." She said before she was interrupted. "Stop, you won't die i'll be sure you won't so you can go back home, even without me." He told her.

Hmm... I wonder why he's willing to die for Everest? "But why are you willing to die for me?" She asked him as Rocky hid his face from her. Zuma and Rubble turned around to see what was going on, same with Skye. "Because..." He stated.

"I l-love you." Rocky said. We all gasped, excluding Everest who stayed quiet. "I... Love you too." Everest said with a warm smile. We all said. "Aww!" As we watched her and Rocky kiss.

Little did they know that everyone threw out Panem witnessed the love between Rocky and Everest blossom. Many people offered Max to sponsor the new couple, Max being their mentor happily took their offers.

"Everest, will you be my girlfriend?" Rocky asked while they were still embracing. "Yes, Rocky, of course i will!" She said as Rocky smiled the biggest smile he's ever smiled. This reminds me, i should confess my feelings to Skye...

"So you two are a couple now?" Rubble asked. The new couple nodded and Rubble just chuckled. "What's so funny?" Zuma asked. "Nothing, Zuma, it's nothing. Well i'm off to bed." Rubble said as he rested on a bail of hay.

"Night." Rubble said. "Night." We all said back. Then a cannon went off and the 1st girl from 5 died, she was just 12. "Sucks they make kids so young fight." Skye said.

"Yeah." I said. "Sucks a lot." I said as i looked into her beautiful eyes. Each day in the games just makes me fall in love with her more than i ever have. Back at home it was only a small tiny crush... But now... It feels like love.

"Hey, dudes, you weady for bed?" Zuma asked. I lightly shook my head a no and he left to another hay bail. "Chase, is something bothering you?" Skye asked.

"Yeah..." I admitted. "What is it then?" She asked. "Just Marshall's death, he was so young you know." I said, sort of lying but not really. "I know, i miss him too. But what can we do?" She asked.

I looked at her and said. "Vengeance." Suddenly she had a worried expression. "W-What?! No! J-Just don't do it, please." She said.

I sighed. "Let's go to bed." I told her. Suddenly Rocky went outside and brought in some stuff. "What's that?" I asked. He set down 10 sponsor gifts! "Gifts, with food,water, and other stuff!" Rocky said as he opened them open by one.

The first one had some cooked meat, waking up Rubble. "Do i smell meat?!" He asked. Rocky nodded and Rubble drooled at the sight. "C-Can i have some?!" Rubble asked. "Knock yourself out, have it." Rocky said as he threw the meat at Rubble.

"Yay!" He said as he ate the steak. "He's like a little brother." Rocky said. "Yeah, true." We agreed as we watched Rubble eagerly eat the meat. The second gift was a bottle of water, for two. The third one were 3 apples and 3 oranges. The fourth one was a very tiny portable mattress that turn to a king sized bed.

"What will they think of next?" Everest asked as Rocky put up the mattress. The fifth one was another bottle full of water for 2. The sixth was a roll of breed. The seventh were 4 rolls of breed. The eighth was a box of firewood. The ninth was an apple. The final one was soup, and it had a note.

I blushed when Rocky read the note. "Confess what?" Skye asked. I shook my head a no, showing nothing. "I'm tired, let's catch some sleep." I said as Rubble burped. "Excuse me, my tummy is just very happy to taste this kind of food." Rubble said as he laughed a bit.

I laughed slightly, as i rested on a bail of hay. Skye jumped on and said. "Tell me, Chase." Her soft beautiful voice, her warm smile, those magenta eyes, her soft fur... It was too much to take. "I'll tell you tomorrow, i'm exhausted." I said as i turned the other way.

I felt Skye lay down next to me as she said. "Fine, you promise?" She asked. I chuckled as i saw Rocky and Everest share the bed. "Yes, Skye, i promise."
