Prologue

Hey everyone this is my first time posting any of my books before I just wrote for fun but then I decided to try and post one of them. Also I have never finished a book in my life but hopefully having people reading my book will motivate me to try and finish this one. Thanks.❤️👄💋💖

Princess Dara of Abbadon sighed as she slumped down heavily on the bright red and gold bench gracing the otherwise dark and gloomy balcony of her sire which interior consists of one plant.

She placed her hands on the railing and placed her chin atop it.She gazed down towards what she knew to be a bustling city even though it was night time but she couldn't see it through the heavy fog.

Perhaps if she was like other demons she would've been able to see through the fog but alas rate had to be cruel towards her.

As if it wasn't bad enough that she was an offspring of a demon and a hexen-a big abomination among the Hinay-she also had to rule Abbadon a city where no one wanted her on the throne except of course her demon godfather Rhys and her hexen godmother Lunar named after her ability to manipulate light amongst other things.

She had no real friends except for Selena who so happens to be a phantom meaning she couldn't see her could only hear her.

What a depressing birthday!

She stood up to leave but suddenly felt a sharp pain at her back then at the side of her ribs.

She gave a loud scream as she fell to the floor clutching her stomach. The last thing she saw before she blacked out was the moon.
