So last chapter I forgot to explain a few things.
Hinay is a name for the supernatural world where you have; demons,dragons,witches,vampires, werewolves,Valkyries, sorcerers,phantoms,etc.
Hinayan is a term given to those who fall into the above categories.
Dacia, Skye hall
He tried to pry his eyes open but even that hurt.
"What happened to him?" He heard someone say. He was sure it was said in a whisper but it sounded more like a shout.
He finally pried his eyes open and saw his mother, eyes brimming with unshed tears. Of course his mother was not likely to cry for anything or anyone, not even her own son. It was not because she didn't love him but because she was the queen of Dacia and she had to make sure to show no weaknesses. Even in the face of danger,she never lost her cool facade.
"He's awake" said Celia,his mother and the doctor was at his side at once. The doctor checked on him then spoke to his parents.
"He needs to rest and wait for the bruises to heal. Luckily, his wings were not really damaged so it will heal in the next couple of weeks. But he needs to be waited on hand and foot. He is not to leave the bed for at least three weeks."
"Thank you doctor, I'll make sure of it."said Celia as the doctor began to gather his things and then he left.
His father who was standing by the door finally spoke for the first time that evening.
"I'll make sure he pays for what he did to you son, I promise"and then he left the room.
Aiden heard his mother sigh heavily before he was pulled into the blissful darkness that was beckoning to him.
