Dacia, Skye hall

Aiden's pov

"So, what's with that smile?"said Sebastian,my best friend. We were currently sparing with each other but my head was somewhere else. Precisely on a certain dark eyed beauty.

"Hmm?"

"I asked you what's with the smile."

"What smile?"I asked, still smiling like a goofball.

"The one that's currently lighting up your face like a fucking Christmas tree."

"I don't know what your talking about."

"Fine, don't tell me. I'll just have to find out myself."

"You won't find anything because there's nothing to find."

We stayed silent for a while and just concentrated on sparing, well he did.

"Ok, that's it. I'm done." The sudden outburst came from Sebastian.

"What is it?"

"I can't spar with someone who obviously doesn't have his mind on it."

"What do you mean. I'm perfectly focused."

"No, you're not. And since your not up for it. I'm leaving. If you need me, you know where to find me." He said as he walked away.

"Asshole."I whispered under my breath.

"I heard that."

Dara's pov

"So have you decided what you want."asked my godfather as I stood in front of the court. it's been three days since the competition and it was finally time for me to claim my prize.

"I have."

"So what's it gonna be?"

"I wish for Selena's freedom." The whole room gasped loudly and Rhys and Lunar looked conflicted after all it was unheard of.

Selena wasn't always a phantom. She was a soceress who just so happened to offend a witch and soceresses were the weakest creatures among the Hinay.I know that releasing her from the spell would offend the witch who had casted it in the first place,but she's my friend. At first we hated each other because she was too blunt and outgoing while she said I was too boring. But overtime we began to get along with each other and now we're inseparable. I know the spell is powerful but if there's anyone who can break it, it's Lunar.

"Are you sure that is what you want?"Said Rhys.

"One hundred percent sure."

"You truly have the character of your mother."Said Lunar as she smiled at me and I returned it.

"Call her here."

A guard scurried out. A few minutes later,the guard came back in followed by a necklace hanging in thin air.

"Selena,my niece has wished you free,so receive your freedom."She waved her hand and a white light surrounded where I assume Selena was. After a minute, a stunning redhead was standing before us all. I ran to her and hugged her.

"I can't believe you're a redhead, you look stunning."

She just rolled her eyes and said

"I've always told you I'm gorgeous but you didn't believe me."

"Girls, might I remind you that you are still in court." We both turned to see Rhys giving us a glare.

"We're sorry,my Lord." I said as we both bowed and left.
