Sorry for the wait, I have no excuse. Please enjoy the chapter.

The sun, (Y/n)'s eternal enemy, managed to wake him from his slumber. The young man got out of bed and stretched for a few minutes before getting dressed and heading downstairs. The main area where they all ate was vacant, surprisingly. However, a lone note was on the table.

(Y/n) reached over and grabbed it, standing under the light so he could read the writing.

  Dear (Y/n),

Neo and I are in Mount Glenn with the White Fang, feel free to join us in 4 months.

  Signed,

  Roman & Neo

P.S. Look under where you think

(Y/n) looked at it again and shrugged, "Alright then, still have to do a few things here anyway." Putting the note down, (Y/n) grabbed a cereal bar and started eating it while leaving the building.

After a decent amount of time (Y/n) found himself back in the city of Vale, the bustling cars and pedestrians helped fill the empty air with noise. While on his walk, (Y/n) had tried to think about why he was avoiding Team RWBY so much.

I suppose it's because I'm afraid, afraid of their reactions to what I've been doing, (Y/n) thought. In all honesty, it was silly to think that. Mainly due to the fact that (Y/n) had only known them for a day or two.

Still, (Y/n) supposed that it was better to have some morals rather than none.

Quickly taking a step to the right, (Y/n) avoided a mother talking on the phone with her baby sitting in the little cart. Once (Y/n) looked forward, though, he saw what he was walking into the city for. A store called From Dust Till Dawn.

Greeting the old man at the counter, (Y/n) walked in and started to fill up his dust canisters. "Just these, please." (Y/n) said as he finished, before handing the owner his card. "Have a good day, sir!"

Nodding back, (Y/n) left the building.

Before quickly darting into a group right next to it with his back toward the street.

"Uh, dude? Who're you? " A casually dressed teen asked (Y/n).

"Listen, just pretend I know you for a second. I'm trying to avoid some people so I would appreciate if you play along."

One of the females in the group raised and eyebrow, "Okay... having a name would help at least."

"Of course, my apologies, it's (Y/n)."

  "Brian."

  "Leah."

The last person spoke up, seemingly awkward by nature, "Rhea."

Once their introductions had finished, the sound of a door chime resonated through the air.

"My favorite customer, Ruby! Oh, you just missed your friend by the way."

  "Huh, who do you mean?"

"That person who beat up those criminals trying to rob me a bit back."

A new voice spoke up, as (Y/n) started to wave goodbye to the group he just met up with, "Would you happen to mean, (Y/n)?"

"I'd of said his name if I knew it, are these three your friends Ruby?"
