"DO YOU LIKE LEGOSI?" louis unconsciously holds his breath and crosses his fingers in anticipation for an answer. he didn't know his feelings towards the rabbit, and although they spent little time together, he couldn't help but feels a small connection to the buttercream rabbit. maybe it was her resemblance to haru. he knew it was messed up to be into her because she reminded him of someone else, but it's not like he could help himself.
"legosi?" the simple question sends a million thoughts running through bora's head. legosi? the tall, protective, sweet wolf? she couldn't recall any time that she'd heard of an approved carnivore-herbivore relationship. how would other animals react to it? or rather, how would her body react to it. despite her brain overflowing with thoughts, her cheeks had managed to erupt into a crimson shade. "oh, no! i-i would never! i mean- no! he's a carnivore! And i'm a herbivore! it'd be a d-dangerous relationship!"
louis stops walking, taking the time to tap his foot on the ground impatiently. bora stares at him, careful not to reveal anything that she was thinking about. a gentle wind pushes past louis and bora, slightly calming the both of them down.
"...why do you ask?" she questions cautiously, careful not to get a rise out of him. although he had trespassed some... boundaries with his rude question, she knew better than to get him mad or irritated. this deer was the prince of cherryton, and any enemy of his would become an enemy of the school.
"you guys seem rather chum." he puts an emphasis on the last word, and bora can't help but eye him with a poisonous glare. how dare he? it wasn't even his place to judge her personal relationships.
"well, it's never happening." although bora said that to relieve Louis of his suspicions, it sounded more like she was trying to convince herself. she shuts her eyes, breathing in the floral-scented air. "it's a nice day."
louis hums in approval, keeping his eyes glued to the dirty concrete in front of him. pieces of black gum were stuck onto the sidewalk, earning a grimace from louis.
"so," bora breathes out, placing her hands on her waist. "What do we do now?"
"good question."

"no! no, no, no- louis!" the wind whips at bora's fur, forcing her to tighten her grip around the metal bar as she lets out a high-pitched shriek.
"what's that?" laughing, he points a teasing finger at bora and pushes her shoulder. "i can't hear you over the wind!"
the ride pulls to a stop, and bora punches his ribs. louis mockingly holds his side. "ouchie."
"oh my god, i hate you, i hate you, i hate you, i hate you, i hate you." she mumbles, pinching his arm.
"no you don't." he pulls out his phone, shoves it into his pocket, and looks at the small rabbit, who was still trembling from the high-speed ride. "come on, let's get you to your dorm."
"i sleep in the shed on the roof, as you might already know. from previous events." she says the last part through gritted teeth, obviously still annoyed by it.
"you're still hung up on that?"
"oh, sorry, i didn't mean to stay hung up on the fact that i was harassed in a wooden shed on the roof of a school."
