The following chapter is based off one of Kios POV on Tik tok. Also thank you for for 16 reads I know it's not a lot but it shows that people are actually interested in my story.
Elles POV:
I ran after Kio when I heard screaming and there was a mob of students and teachers with there phones out recording. I pushed and shoved through the crowd and saw Kio beating the living crap out of Austin. I begged Kio to stop and he turned around and looked at me. When he got up he gave me a hug until he got taken away by the principal.
Kio POV:
At the principals office*
"Mr.Cyr at the short amount of time that you have been at our fine institution you have caused so much trouble that I cannot believe" "I'm sorry si-" "Save the apology for someone who wants to hear it, you will be put in a 5 day suspension" Oh no my aunt is going to be so mad I really hope she understands I don't want her to be put under stress "You may stay for the rest of the day but you must leave at the end immediately now go on". I left immediately without saying anything further.
I had to go find Elle and as I was on my way I was stopped by a teacher "You lost?" I had to think quick "uh no I was just headed to P.E" it was the first thing I thought of and it was in the direction I was headed "ok then be on your way" I was so relieved and went on my way I was dodging teachers left right and center it's like didn't they have somewhere to be.
I looked outside and heard some quiet sobs, it was Elle I ran to her immediately and tried to give her a hug but she quickly pulled away and when I looked into her eyes I saw sadness, she was sad because of.... me. "Just leave please I don't want you around right now" "Elle I-I'm sorry please just talk to me I don't know what had gotten over me I just wanted to protect you" "Protect me? You just made everything worse" "Elle please just let me be there for you I can fix this" At this point I was almost in tears I really just wanted to help her out I didn't know it would hurt her like this.
"See that's where your wrong you can't fix this. Austin's family is crazy rich they can easily get you arrested and in the short time that I've spent with you I just won't be able to forget the little memories we've had." I don't know why but her words brought me comfort, the thought that she is actually feeling something with me is bringing me joy and although this is a bad moment I just wanted to kiss her but I held back my urges.
I just let her melt into my arms and by the way that she didn't pull back I could tell she felt the same way as me. We just stayed like that for a bit "Don't worry Elle I'm not going anywhere".
1 week later*
Elles POV:
Me and Kio have been getting really close recently and I think I'm really falling for him and I hope he is to. Today is the day we decided to go out for lunch and we've also decided that's it's going to be a date, a double date actually with Katie and Jaden I can't wait to finally meet him and by the way Kat is describing him he sounds pretty nice.
After that day Austin left our school and rumors have it he's a drug dealer now and if I'm being honest I didn't think that was the type of person he could turn out to be but life is full of surprises. I curled my hair and put on a mid-length black dress with some red velvet heels for a splash of color and some gold hoop earrings. I heard a knock at the door and grabbed my purse (Kio was supposed to be picking me up). I opened the door and was frozen in fear and shock as I saw who it was.
A/N I could leave it here and give you guys a cliffhanger but I'm not like that so I'll continue the story
I-it was Austin he burst and suffocated me in a tight hug but I quickly shoved him off and looked at him in disgust "Babygirl I'm so sorr-" I cut him off by slapping him so hard even my hand started to hurt "Get out now Austin I don't know why your here you cheated on me remember?" "yes I remember and I'm sorry" he said stepping closer "b-back off" I said in a scared tone. He noticed it and forced a kiss on me and when I tried pushing him off he just gripped tighter "st-stop p-please" "I know you like it babygirl" "I kicked him in the stomach and his face got covered with anger as he stood up.
"Your going to regret that" "step any closer and I'm going to scream" he chuckled "and who's going to hear you huh?" all my hope crumbled when I realized he was right and I fell on my knees because they were trembling from all the fear. Just as I lost all hope my dad ran through the open door and tackled him to the ground (for context Elles dad is a ex football player sooo yeah) he started beating the living crap out of him just as Kio pulled up and ran inside and without saying he came over and comforted me. I am so lucky to have a guy like him in my life.
My dad came over and hugged me "I'll always be there for you sweetheart" he said as he got up and called the police Kio on the other hand called Jaden and Katie and told them that we couldn't make it and they understood, he carried me into my room and I changed into some sweats and a hoodie to be comfortable and we've haven't spoken a word but we just understood each other like that.
We put on some netflix and watched Lucifer (It is literally the best show ever) until we both passed out cuddling each other.
I woke up in the morning with Kio by my side and I just looked at him and how lucky I was to have someone like him in my life "Take a picture it'll last longer" my cheeks blushed red as I was caught and I just covered myself in my blankets embarrassed. He pulled down the cover revealing my face "it's ok I don't mind" he said smirking, damn I just wanted to kiss him so badly but we haven't known each other for a long time. "How are you doing? Not talking much I see" "I'm sorry I'm still kinda shook but I'll be ok" he gave me a kiss on my forehead and tried to get up but I pulled him back and we cuddled for a little bit longer
