This was bad! Super bad! Insanely bad! Why?!Why?! Why?! Why him?!Mitsuki was sure he was cursed. Why in the world was there a highly attractive foreigner with long fluffy dog ears sat in a box in front of his café?
"U-Um...I think they may have gotten the wrong address..." Mitsuki mumbled, not entirely sure what to say.
"What?! No!" The boy exclaimed. "Us humanoid dogs are sent across the country to people! For free!" He shouted, seeming quite offended.
"Shhhhh! It's early!" He hissed, making the japanglish speaking male cover his mouth and let out a quiet "oh..."
Mitsuki pulled him into the café. "And what is the purpose of you? All of these humanoid dogs?" Mitsuki asked.
"We are rescued from what the people who sent me here called 'Human dog farms.' I have only been alive 2 and a bit human years! But, I spent 2 years in a 'human dog farm!'" He explained.
Mitsuki listened, slightly confused. The male started tearing up. "And...then...my mother was killed...and my brother and father...*hic* went away. I was all alone...." the boy sobbed.
Even Mitsuki found himself tearing up. He was quick to judge the horrible situation this boy had been in. He gave the sobbing boy a sympathetic hug.
When he'd stopped crying, he continued on. "The rescue team sent me-" "in a box? Doesn't seem very humane to me." "Well, yes. But...it was all they had with such limited money and my limited understanding.... Anyway! They send us to people they think will best suit us and take care of us! And...people...they think...will never...get married..." he trailed.
Mitsuki was pissed off by that last bit, but chose to ignore it. It wasn't Nagi's (as Mitsuki was told was his name) fault. It wasn't the best for him, but Mitsuki decided to close his café for the day.
He had absolutely nothing for Nagi to wear. Nagi was wearing a shirt and jeans, but it wasn't that attractive. Mitsuki didn't even notice before, but Nagi had a little tail that was waggling whenever he was happy. From what Mitsuki could tell, he was a Labrador, which Nagi later confirmed.
Mitsuki ran a brush through Nagi's beautiful blonde hair and had the chance to run his hand along his pale skin. Mitsuki never knew how beautiful a person could be. From his blonde locks to perfect teeth and gorgeous blue eyes Nagi was perfect all over.
After feeding Nagi a breakfast he praised to no end, they left for the shops in town. Nagi followed Mitsuki closely, taking in the sights of the city.
He stopped outside a shop. "Hm?" Mitsuki hummed. Upon turning around he saw that Nagi was fixed to a screen in a shop window. His tail was doing ten to the dozen, waggling and waggling.
"W-What?" Mitsuki asked. He stared at the screen. "Magical Cocona?" He pondered. He saw Nagi's eyes light like little lamps.
"Magical Cocona! I want it!" He yelled. Embarrassed, Mitsuki hushed him. "W-Well...You can watch it on tv when you get back...I'm pretty sure they're doing a marathon."
Nagi's tail dropped. "But...I want it now..." he whimpered.
With a sigh, Mitsuki took him into the shop. Along the back there was Magical Cocona towels and blankets. "You can pick one blanket, and one towel, okay? For you to live in my house, you can help at the bakery and earn money alongside it to spend here, okay?" Mitsuki explained.
Nagi nodded. It seemed like a fair trade! Nagi picked out a towel and a blanket. His eyes also impaled the wall of plushes, so Mitsuki allowed him to buy one with a heavy heart.
