"Hey Beverley Dickinson" Richie said giving Bev a high five

""Sup trashy, hey can we talk for a sec'" Bev said with a smile that seemed like it weighed a thousand pounds

"Uh sure thing" Richie said before him and Bev went off into a corner somewhere

"S-so Ed's you all s-set for tonight?" Bill asked tapping his drumsticks on Eddie's thighs with a smile

"You bet your ass I am!" Eddie exclaimed, the truth was, Eddie wasn't ready at all. He knew the songs and had everything he needed, but emotionally-mentally, he was pretty "iffy". He was scared for a multitude of reasons. He didn't know how he would get his mom to let him go to a party and he didn't even want to think about what would happen if he snuck out. He was worried that he would sound terrible on stage and make a fool of himself and his friends. Or just the very danger and pressure of a party, full of angry, reckless, emotional, and horny teens. He knew that Bev and Richie went to parties some times but not often, mostly just small raves that they slip into. But he wouldn't back out on the Losers because they wouldn't do that to him. Well maybe not all of them.

"Ok well you might be fine but I'm not, like at all" Stan said in a voice full of anxiety. He was thinking of all the possible hints that could go wrong.

"Stan, Stan the Man," Bill corrected himself, "you are a bad ass and you're great at what you do, there's nothing to be worried about" Bill said trying to give Stan some positivity. For Bill was excited and ready for their bands big debut.

"Yeah Stan come on if anyone's going to be super prepared for this party it's going to be you" Eddie said patting Stan in the shoulder.

Stan always tried to take in his friends encouragement and positive speeches, but they never worked. And it's not that Stan didn't want to take it but he just couldn't rely on it. But he knows that no matter what deep down his friends will have his back tonight. And right now that's enough for him to give a half ass smile. Especially when Bill's was right in front of him.

"Ok,ok" Stan said giving up and attempting to push his anxiety away.

"Yeah quit being a "negative Nancy" all the time" Eddie said not knowing how severe it actually was

"I'll try dipshit" Stan said laughing, he loved those moments. When he laughed and the world kind of stopped. And he realized that he was happy with his friends.

While Bill, Stan, and Eddie continued their conversation Richie and Bev were talking about important matters.

"Sooooo, what happened with Eddie-Kins last night?" Bev said in a mocking baby voice

"Nothing Beverly absolutely nothing" Richie said sighing and flicking his gay ass wrist.

"Oh sorry bud" Bev said patting his shoulder, "you guys didn't talk or anything, like nothing happened?" Bev said moving her hands

"Well we just asked each other dumb questions and then we thought of nicknames and Oh-!" Richie thought about the new nickname that Eddie gave him

"What what?" Bev said in a shocked voice

"So Eddie decided that he wanted to learn how to make nicknames and witty comebacks like I do" Richie said in a rushed voice

"Ok go on" Bev said moving her arms in a circular motion
