Chapter 3

Jennie's pov

While the guy pleaded for help, I kind of got reminded of myself, how I was pleading to my manager few hours back. 

"Tonight I will be staying at the hospital, will you be okay with it?"

As soon I uttered those words he was overwhelmed in joy and thanked me whereas on the other hand grace sighed at me in dismay. Then we introduced ourselves to each other and grace went a step ahead and scanned his id and passport for proof in case of any loss or danger. At times when I see her being overprotective like this, I wonder if my dad's spirit has invaded her. On assuring grace my security, I bid her farewell. As I walked back to the room I found Jin fast asleep on the floor, it seemed like he was hell tired. Only then I noticed his handsome face.

Why did he hide his handsome face behind those thick glasses

smiling back to myself I dozed off to sleep on the visitor bed.

The next day as soon as Grace reached the hospital, I and Jin departed to my house to get ourselves freshen up. While we were about to enter the house, just then my landlord lady approached us and started to question us. she is always bossy and keen about other's life and I can't let her know about him after all its India where society won't accept a boy in a girl's room. Upon making up some stories added with fake smiles we finally barged in.

Jin's pov

Jennie took me to her house, it was quite small with just 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room with kitchen partitioned, it was neat and clean. It reminded me of my training days. As soon as we entered the house, she was running all around the house panicked, I guess she must be late for her work. 

"Are you coming with me?", she asked me all of a sudden and within I could answer her, she cut me off 

"what would you do here alone, just come with me. here, take these clothes, it's my uncle's, these are the only male clothes available-" saying so she threw the clothes in my direction and went inside the bedroom.

This girl! she never let me talk, either drag me or throw the clothes at me, aish...

After few minutes, she came out of the room dressed up in an all-white gown. she looked pretty in it and her dark hazel eyes made me speechless. while I was too stunned to speak, her laughter brought me back to earth. she was literally rolling on the floor, laughing out loud making me puzzled.

Jennie's pov

As soon I noticed jin in my uncle's clothes, I burst out into laughter, while he stood there bewildered by my sudden change of mood. After a few minutes of hearty laugh, finally I spoke out in the midst of my giggles,

"look... I am so sorry... I know you will be irritated but you look DAMN FUNNY in these clothes..." saying so I again fell on the floor unable to hold my laughter. In the corner of my eyes, I could notice him getting irritated even more.

"yaaah!" he yelled in annoyance, while his face flushed in anger making me laugh even harder.

but poor him, no matter how much i tease him, he has no other choice than wear this. With the given short span off time all i could do was some minor adjustments.

Jin's pov

Done with the breakfast we headed to a church. On looking through the decorations done, first I thought she is here to congratulate her friend on her wedding, but to my surprise, she went up straight to the stage set up there and started singing some catholic songs. I was dumbfounded by her performance, she was really good, her voice sounded like heaven flowing down to earth. After meeting a few people around she came back towards me.
