A/n: I'm really motivated by all the positive comments I'm getting, so here's another chapter! Thanks to everyone who's been supportive- it's an honor for me to write for you guys. Anyways- I'm starting to become Jay- so I'm gonna stop talking.
Hope you enjoy this chapter! Note that this chapter is completely third-person POV, as the previous chapter.

Yang exits the room, leaving the two lonely ghosts alone- with a possessed student watching their every move. Cole helplessly tugs on the Vengestone cuffs, while Morro just watches him silently. "There's no use, Cole," Morro whispers, "Vengestone cuffs can't be destroyed." After a few more attempts, Cole nods in defeat.
"I can't believe our friends forgot about us," Cole says, his voice filled with hurt. Morro had nothing to say to this; he was hurt as well, deep inside. Morro put a comforting hand on Cole's shoulder. "We'll get through this," he whispers, "together."

"Who are you?!" Chen says, pointing at Cryptor. "Where am I?"
Over a dozen defeated villains stood there, blinking in confusion. Finally, Cryptor says, "I'm Cryptor- Zane's clone." The rest of the villains introduce themselves, fighting each other every now and then. Chen stupidly plays around with the buttons on his chair- causing the chair to bash him into the wall many times. "I'm okay!" Chen shouts. But not that the other villains even cared a bit.
"All of you quit arguing!" Possessed painting of Yang shouts. The villains turn around and obey Yang's command. Yang continues: "I've brought all of you back to life- but this will only remain for the duration of the eclipse. Once the eclipse ends, you will return back to the Departed Realm. Unless you destroy the ninja that destroyed you- then you can take their place among the living."
The villains cheer- a chance to return back to the mortal world! Who would put down a chance like that?
"I call Zane! He's mine!" Cryptor shouts, and an argument erupts instantly. "All of you, work it out!" Yang hisses and leaves the scene.
"Zane's my clone- he's mine," Cryptor says. "Kai is mine, his sister too. I have a score to settle with them," Chen says. The rest of the villains decide who they want to face- and hopefully, defeat.
Pythor points to the exhibit room right next to the one they were all currently in. "May I suggest we take sidekicks as well- the hall of sidekicks is quite convenient. The villains mutter in agreement and storm into the exhibit. Pythor chuckles and takes the chance to exit the museum.

Alone. A heart-shattering word- one that is slowly starting to destroy Cole. Sure, Morro's with him, so he isn't technically alone. But his friends he had known for so long have forgotten about him.
The two ghosts discuss their plan to escape. "Hey, what's your name?" Cole asks the possessed student. The student continues to stare at Cole quietly, sending a chill up Cole's spine.
"Well, I'm gonna call you Chuck. Chuck, I know that you believe you're Yang's student. And maybe you were, once, but now you're under his control. You've gotta snap out of it. Alright, no pressure, but you have three seconds to decide if you want to help us- starting now." Cole counts down, but Chuck remains as emotionless as he was before. When Cole finishes the countdown, he kicks Chuck square in the face, knocking him out. "Well, I guess it's just us," Cole says, standing up. He puts his chained hands out, and Morro takes them hesitantly.
"Alright, we can't let Yang become mortal again," Morro says. Cole nods and follows Morro. "There," Cole whispers, "I think I hear Yang."
The two ghosts kick the door down. Five possessed ghost exchange glances, and pick up their weapons. "Oops," Cole says sheepishly. "Guess I was wrong."
The students swing their swords at both Cole and Morro. "Hey!" Cole exclaims, "This isn't a fair fight!" At that moment, one of the possessed students swings their sword directly at Cole's Vengestone cuffs, allowing Cole's elemental power to flow throughout his body. Cole summons his elemental power to his fists, and knock out one of the students. He grabs their weapon and frees Morro. The duo easily defeats the students, exiting the room. "Cole and Morro, five, evil possessed students, zero," Cole announces, causing Morro to roll his eyes.
Yang spots them and glares at his students. "Hold them back- I don't want them interfering with my plan," he hisses. The possessed students nod mindlessly; like zombies. They charge at both Morro and Cole, and attack. Morro and Cole fight back easily, helping each other. But these students are unlike the students that the duo defeated before- they kept getting back up. It was as if they never got tired. Cole's stamina falls; his body becomes fatigued. Morro notices this and allows Cole to momentarily rest. Morro's energy starts to deplete as well, but he continues to fight.
Cole gets back up and grabs his sword. "One more time," he says, "Ninja, go!" The duo spin into a marvelous tornado and the possessed students finally fall. Cole takes a few deep breaths, before following Morro to the roof. It was time- Yang must be defeated at all costs.
"Yang!" Morro shouts. Yang huffs before turning around and looking at the two ghosts in the eye. "This is the end of the line, Yang," Cole hisses. "Your evil will never return to Ninjago!"
~~~~~~
"Jay!" Edna shouts. Jay gasps. "Samukai?! How?!"
Samukai ignores his question and places Jay's frightened mother into the hands of his pawns. Samukai lunges at the lightning ninja, his four knives glowing from the moonlight. Jay swings his nunchucks defensively, forming an invisible barrier in front of him- protecting both himself and his father.
Jay shoots a large bolt at lightning directly at Samukai, but the bone-king easily avoids it. "You fools," Samukai shouts, "If you attack his mother, he won't fight me!
On cue, Samukai's pawns grab Edna and pull their knives out. "Stop!" Jay shouts, pleading. "Don't hurt her!" Samukai chuckles at Jay's reaction, and motions for his pawns to pause. "Then let's make a deal, shall we? Your life for your mothers- if you allow me to swiftly kill you, she won't be harmed.
What choice did Jay have? He was already getting defeated by the large bone-king, and the result was clear as day- he wasn't going to win this battle. In fact, this might be his last battle.
"Fine! But, I need to see that you won't hurt her!" Jay shouts. Samukai nods, and his pawns place frightened Edna back in the trailer. "No, Jay!" Ed shouts, punching Samukai's boney body helplessly. Was this the end of the lightning ninja?
