That night y/n's soulmate and she, spend hours talking and getting to know each other.

Y/n found out that he is a boy and that he lives in Los Angeles. Her soulmate gave a rather strange reaction when she had said that her favorite musician was Aidan Gallagher. He answered shortly 'oh'. Almost immediately after the weird response she asked 'Is that a bad thing?'

Y/n was so glad when the shivering had started again. For a minute, she had been scared that he wouldn't answer. Luckily he did. 'No not at all! I hadn't expected you to say his name.'.

What was also weird is that he didn't want to say his name. Obviously she told hers but she didn't expect him to keep his name unknown.

He was her soulmate after all?

As light shone right into y/n's eyes, she opened them slowly. The sun was shining very bright. Y/n looked through her window and saw a beautiful blue skye.

The beautiful weather almost made y/n forget how tired she was feeling. As the warmth of the sun fell onto her arm the thoughts of her soulmate struck her. Was it a dream? She wondered.

In just a few seconds she sat up. Prepared for being awfully sad if it had been indeed just a dream she took a deep breath and looked at her wrist.

A small smile crept on her face as she saw a 'goodnight' from her soulmate last night. 'It wasn't a dream. I have a soulmate.' She said to herself as she admired the word that was written on her skin.

'Y/n! Wake up!' A voice suddenly yelled from outside of y/n's room. 'Yes mom! I'm awake!' Y/n replied, still looking at her wrist.

After making herself ready and riding her bike to school, y/n was walking in the hallways. Earlier this morning she had shown her mother the 'goodnight' from her soulmate. Y/n had wanted to show her mom the whole conversation that took hours to her mom but sadly enough every phrase disappears as the next one gets written.

Y/n's head was replaying the whole conversation over and over as she passed many people. Before going to sleep this morning her soulmate had asked why Aidan Gallagher was her favorite musician.

She had been absolutely happy to start rambling about her idol but stopped herself from saying too much since this was her soulmate and not Aidan.

'What's up with that big smile y/n?' Y/f/n came walking towards y/n as she had seen her truly shining friend 'I haven't seen you this happy in.. well long!'

'I know!' Y/n chucked happily as she couldn't wait to tell y/f/n absolutely ever detail of the conversation with her soulmate, which she did.

'That's amazing y/n! I'm so happy for you!' Y/f/n said as also now on her face was a huge smile 'You deserve it so much! You waited so long!'

'You also did!' I said as we were now continuing with walking through the hallways 'We both waited very long! Now we can go through this together!'.

The girls were trembling for this whole new adventure. One they were destined to follow.
