Someone shook Sophie awake. Sophie bolted upward, worried it was Fitz. Biana jumped backwards and landed on the ground.
"Sorry," Sophie said sheepishly. Biana stood up and brushed herself off.
"It's fine." Biana said, sitting on the edge of Sophie's bed. Sophie rubbed her head. A headache was forming.
"I saw what happened..." Biana told Sophie quietly "I'm really sorry."
Sophie felt the tears start to build up.
"I can make it better, if you want..." Biana suggested nervously. Sophie had no idea what Biana was going to do to 'make it better', because Sophie was pretty sure nothing would make it better, but knowing Biana, she'd try her hardest to make Sophie happy.
"Alright," Sophie replied, waiting for Biana to tell her to go get changed for a day in Atlantis or something. Instead, Biana leaned closer to Sophie.
Biana's lips were almost on Sophie's when the door banged open. Sophie and Biana sprung apart, both girls bright red.
Both girls looked nervously towards the intruder. Sophie wanted to hide in a hole and never come out.
Fitz's face was ashen, and he looked as though he had just seen a ghost.
"Oh. My. Gosh." Fitz breathed, looking from Sophie to Biana "Did you two just-" Sophie stared at her feet. So Fitz had seen the 'almost' kiss.
Biana looked at her brother. "Did we just what?" Biana asked, staring him down.
Fitz stuttered, seeming unable to form words.
"I'm ashamed." Fitz shook his head "I can't believe you, Biana." Sophie wanted to hurl a big rock at Fitz's head. First he couldn't accept her being unmatchable. Then he was upset because Biana liked girls- so what!?
"How long?" Fitz asked suddenly.
"Fitz, you're overreacting." Biana said, standing.
"How long!?" Fitz seethed.
Biana glared at him. "A couple years."
Fitz breathed out. "So that's why you never had a boyfriend." Fitz ran his hands through his hair. Then he rounded on Sophie.
"Are you-?"
Sophie wasn't sure. She had too many conflicting emotions at the moment.
"I don't know. She just-" Sophie said quietly.
Fitz looked pleased at that. "Soph, my sister is a problem. Don't let her mess with your head." Sophie's desire to chuck a VERY large rock at his head doubled.
Fitz held out his hand to Sophie, and looked at her expectantly. Biana turned away, trying to hide her pain.
"No."
Sophie's voice rang through the room with that one word.
Fitz looked confused and worried, then he shoved his lips onto Sophie's. Sophie sprang back, but she slammed into the wall. Sophie shoved Fitz off of her.
He stared at her, obvious confusion on his face. Sophie shot him a dirty look.
"Soph, what happened to you?"
Sophie REALLY wanted to throw a large rock at his head now.
"Nothing happened to me. Something happened to you." Sophie shot back.
And then a giant rock slammed into Fitz's head.
