I made a run for it, I ran for Buck's place. When I got there I was out of breath. I walked up to Buck at the bar.

"Is Dallas upstairs?" I asked him out of breath.

"Yeah" Buck said. I walked upstairs to Dally's room and opened the door.

He looked up and I could tell he was crying, his eyes were puffy and red. He got off the bed and wrapped his arms around me. I held him so tight.

"Are you okay?" Dal asked.

"Yes, now that I am with you." I said."I missed you so much. I love you."

"I love you too." Dal said kissing my forehead." I can't lose you again. You mean too much to me."

"I will never let you go." I said crying into his chest. He didn't ask any questions about what happened so he wouldn't upset me. He lead me over to the bed and I cried myself to sleep.

Morning . . .

I had woke up in Dal's arm and I slipped out of them to go look in the mirror. I was bruised up so bad. I had a cuts all over my body. As I was examining myself, Dal walked over and put his arms around my waist.

"Morning." Dal said kissing my check.

"Morning Dal." I said with a fake smile.

"What's wrong?" Dal asked aware of my sadness.

"I hate him so much. I could kill him at this point." I said with anger in my voice.

"Who? Connor?" Dal asked. I nodded. I could see that his soft eyes had got dark, hard and had fierce fire in them. He bawled his fist and tensed up. I put my hand on his cheek and he softened.

"We'll make it right, okay doll." Dal said pulling me into a hug and kissed my forhead. "We should get to the Curtis' today."

"Okay, can I borrow some sweats and a t-shirt? I asked.

"Yeah, no problem."Dal said slipping off his shirt and handing it to me. I blushed so red and went to his dresser and grabbed a pair of sweats. I changed and we headed to the Curtis'.

When we got there Dal held me close to him and hid me for protection from all the questions. But there were none, they were all speechless to see me.

They all pulled me into a group hug and I cried, then Sodapop, and Ponyboy, and then the rest of them.

When we were done they brought out a chocolate cake and celebrated that I was home. It felt like old times and it was nice. It had been a long time since I had been this happy.
