I looked around at the Mall, searching for some clothes and baby clothes for Ren.

I'm holding Ren's right hand while letting him to walk, natutumba siya minsan kapag sinusubukan niyang tumakbo but his Nanny and me are too fast to catch me, ayaw ko namang masaktan ang anak ko at sa pa Darell will be mad for sure. Good thing my son's wearing a cute brown pants.

I'm wearing a sleeveless bodycon white dress and a pair of two inches black heels. My son's wearing a white adidas for kids shirt, a brown pants and white shoes. Atleast we're matchy.

"Minda, wala ka bang gustong bilhin?" I asked while walking towards a stall, "Get anything you want, I'll pay."

Mukha naman siyang nagulat sa aking tinuran. "Naku Ma'am! Huwag na po, nakakahiya naman." she said.

"No. Sige na, minsan lang naman." I insisted then smiled.

Nahihiyang ngumiti naman siya sa akin, "Ang bait niyo naman po, kaya pala naiinggit ang demonyitang Adenine na 'yon."

I stilled then looked at her, she stopped also. Mukha siyang nabigla sa kanyang sinabi.

"Ma'am 'wag niyo po sana akong isusumbong kay Sir dahil sa sinabi ko," pakiusap niya, "Don't worry, I wont." I smiled at her.

"Salamat Ma'am." ngiti niya, "Pero mas bagay po talaga kayo ni Sir, madalas nga po nila kayong pag-awayan noong bago kayo dumating." paliwanag niya.

i looked at her, her words caught me attention.

"Huh? Bakit naman?"

"Eh Ma'am, siguro sa inggit, threaten siguro dahil kayo ang nanay ng anak ni Sir. Ayon todo makabakod kay Sir, e hindi naman sila."

"They're not together?" gulat kong tanong.

"Ay hindi po ano, binilin po kasi ni Don Joselito na kaibigan ang anak ng kumpare niya. Si Adenine po ang anak ng kumpare ni Don Joselito at kasosyo rin sa iba pang negosyo ng Don."

"I see." saad ko sabay tango.

"Mabait ba siya sa anak ko nung wala pa ako?"

"Ayos lang po. Kinakalaro at inaalagaan niya lang naman po ito kapag nasa paligid si Sir, kapag wala ay hindi. Halatang nagpapakitang tao at walang amor sa bata."

i gritted my teeth then sighed. Gagamitin niya pa talaga ang anak ko para mahuli lang ang loob ni Darell huh. What a user.

"I see, thanks for the info, Minda." saad ko.

We continued to roam around the mall until someone called my name.

"Ego, hija." a very familiar voice.

"Uhm tita." I smiled at her awkwardly and kissed her cheeks.

"Totoo ngang wala na nga kayo ng anak ko." she said then smiled sadly at me.

"I'm sorry po." I said then tighten my gripped on my son's hand. Pilit kasi siyang naglalakad.

"No need to say sorry, hija. Rick told us the whole story ten moths ago, kaya pala ang dami niyang alibi kapag hindi ka makakapunta kasama siya, yun pala ay wala na kayo. Hindi rin namin nabalitaan agad dahil nasa labas kami ng bansa ng tito mo ng mga panahon na 'yon. I really like you for my son, hija." she sighed then looked at the little guy beside me, "Who is see?" natutuwa niyang tanong.

"His name is Lorenzo, my son."

She frozeed on her place, shocked was written all over her face.

"Y-you have a son?!" she exclaimed, "How? I mean.."

I smiled then nodded. I asked her If she wants to eat with us and she said 'yes' and while we're eating I told her what happened to me when her son broke my broke my heart less the part where I wanted to get rid of the baby and that I left my son in the hospital. Rick's mother is not a judgemental person, her and her husband are so kind, she is like a second mother to me and I know she'll understand.

"Thank you for the time, hija. I'm sorry about my son, I was so disappointed to him when you to broke up. I thought you two still have a chance but seeing you happy with your baby says it all." she said then smiled sadly at me.

"It's okay, tita." saad ko, "Salamat din po."

I kissed her cheeks then bid my goodbye.

Everything will be fine.
