His Nurse:

Honeymoon

Spencer's POV:
I get up around noon. Emmett says, "Good afternoon my tired wife."

I smile at him and ask, "When are we leaving?"

He says, "We need to be there by 3. Plane leaves at 5."

I nod and say, "Ok. Did Alice pack my bag?"

He nods and says, "You have some normal clothes in there too."

I get up and say, "I'm getting a shower."

Emmett asks, "Can I join?"

I say, "Maybe when we get to where we are going."

I got changed into:

I say, "All of the hairspray is out of my hair finally. Alice had to put like three cans in it. "

Emmett's jaw dropped at my outfit and says, "You'll be the death of me."

I say, "Why would I kill you? I wouldn't be able to hear you say, 'I love you' anymore."

Emmett smiles at me and says, "You're adorable, baby."

I smile and say, "I want to go eat some of the left over cake."

We go downstairs and I grab a slice of cake and eat it. Carolyne is doing the exact same thing as me. I ask Emmett, "Am I allowed to know where we are going?"

Emmett replies, "Nope. It's a surprise. We do have to leave shortly though."

2 hours later:
We arrived at the airport and are being checked in for our flight. Emmett says, "We are passing through Buenos Aires to get to where we are going. Edward and Carolyne are doing the same thing but they are going to Isle Esme. That's the island Carlisle bought for Esme as a wedding gift. We will be going somewhere similar but I'm not disclosing the name of where."

I pout at him and he just kisses my head and says, "Everything good is worth the wait."

I say, "Mmm. I know."

After a while we finally boarded the plane and I see that my nails haven't chipped yet from being painted for the wedding. Carolyne says, "Looking at your nails too?"

I nod and lay my head on Emmett's shoulder.
