"Do we tell him?"

"No, he probably won't even remember what's happened. It's a miracle you even remembered all the things that happened, but it was too late then."

".....I know, that's why I will try to make amends."

"My advice is: Don't. -------- wouldn't have wanted you to die for something like this. There's a reason why he chose you as his successor instead of Ch'en."

"Do you think...he chose right?"

"Yes. Well, at least looking from you to Ch'en. Ch'en was too serious and would do anything to keep order. She doesn't listen to others and prioritizes duty before anything else. Speaking of that, do you really think she'll listen to your talk about peace after everything that has been done?"

"You sure like to say it the harsh way, but I suppose you're right. She won't listen to me or anything I say. It is her responsibility to finish me off, even if we are related."

"My my~ How cold blooded~ Unfortunately for you, there's nothing I can do about that for you. I have my own role in this war. But do you really plan on dying? You can finally run away from all of this that is happening and start a life somewhere new with him."

"I have responsibilities, but that doesn't sound too bad. I don't plan on dying, but if it means keeping him safe, then-"

"Idiot, your death will trigger his. It's a miracle that even bound by memory loss, he still falls for you. Are you really going to throw that all away?"

"................"

"Oh come on, don't go silent on me now~ You're still the same deep down just like how you were back then, despite that cold front. It's okay to be a little girl here and there~"

"...Shut up, W."

W laughed, causing Talulah to look away in irritation. She had always been like this, teasing her. But for some reason, Talulah didn't mind it. It was nice to know some things never changed after all the time they were apart. She looked over at Sirius while standing at the window moonlight, talking to W. He seemed at peace now, but who knew what sort of things he would have to go through. She wasn't ready for him to suffer this way. After all, it was his dream to have a world where the Infected and non-Infected could coexist peacefully. She still remembered it. Every part of what he said to her that day during the earlier days of the Reunion. She had admired him at first, just a little bit, but that admiration grew to something else. Something more intense. Maybe W was right. They could run away together off somewhere where they could live out the rest of their lives and have that happy future, but she knew that they both had responsibilities, that he would refuse the offer. Sighing, she looked back at W, wondering if there was anything else she wanted to say.

"What are your thoughts, W?"

"In all seriousness, Ch'en will kill you when she sees you. Nothing you say will get through. Everyone including the Operators there would set their target on you."

"I am very well aware of that. Anything else?"

"Good luck? I mean, what else can I say except that?"

"Fair point. If that's all, then I'll be heading back to sleep. Make sure to keep us informed of the Reunion actions."

"I said I would. Geez, have a little faith~"

"I just had to make sure. It's a leader's responsibility to."

"Yada yada~ I'll take my leave now, if you don't mind."
