Natasha woke up again by her little angel who was making noises on top of her opening his little mouth as he was hungry.
She smiled and showered him with kisses all over his face.
It was their routine he would wake her up early then she would breastfeed him and play with him as she had prepared the shower and the bath for him to get ready for the day.
Sadly for them today she would have to go back to work as her day off was done.She would have to get him to sleep after dressing him up and get him to Laura's.
She couldn't leave him if he cried it was the most painful thing for her.
She got him ready all set buckling him in his seat carefully trying not to wake him up she started the engine.
It was 8am which meant she was gonna be late she already needed to be at her work but what could she do? A single mom it was a lot to take care of in the morning.
Taking her son in her chest making sure he would fall of wake up she grabbed him bag with all the necessairy thing inside like diapers bottles napkins.
She walked to the Barton's house.Laura and a very sleeping Lila was waiting for them like every morning.
"Good morning Lila bear"Natasha said smiling kissing her lilas little head
"Good morning auntie Nat and good morning Jamie"Lila said whispering so she won't wake him up
Natasha placed little James down on his little crib thing and made sure to cover him up so he won't get any cold and turned to Laura.
"I can't thank you I don't know what I would do without you"Natasha said hugging her friend and feeling bad, sad, guilty leaving her baby there but she had no one else
"Natasha stop thinking about that don't worry you know I love James and you and I love taking care of him"Laura said giving Natasha an assuring smiled
"I can't leave him he is so precious and it hurts me I have no one else thank you Laura you have 3 more kids and-"Natasha tried to say again
"Don't even think about it now go you are already late Clint has left before 7"Laura said which made Natasha nodded and smiled
"If he doesn't stop crying please just face call me and if something happens please anything even the smallest-"Natasha said making sure that Laura called her whatever happens
"Natasha I will call you now go you are 15 minutes late"Laura said quietly not waking James up
"Okay baby mama has to go I love you and I am so so sorry"Natasha said kissing him on the cheeks on his lips and then on his forehead and walked out
Shit 15 minutes she will be in serious trouble for sure she hoped that nobody got in her office yet.She grabbed her bag and walked inside the building.
"Good morning Mr Romanoff"Jim said opening the door for her
Jim was the companies guard and they really went well he also didn't tell anything to their boss that Natasha was late he had a child and he understood her and he also had met her adorable son they kids were actually friends both being 8 months old.
"Good morning Jim please cut the Romanoff I know we are at work but we are also friends and please allisa I said ang give lots of kisses n your daughter from me please"she said and Jim smiled widely
She took the elevator and everyone turned to look at her apparently it wasnt the first time she walked inside her office leaving her purse down she sight fixing her pensil skirt she started working.
"Natasha you are finally here you are so late but you are lucky"Wanda said entering her office she looked at her
"Please tell me he didn't notice"Natasha said hoping that their boss wasn't there yet she was his secretary
"I guess you don't remember what I told you"Wanda complained bringing her hands on her chest
"I am sorry Wanda can you please tell me?"Natasha asked looking at her yea she didn't really heard her the first time she was really busy admiring her handsome son
"yea I can okay so mr Williams sold the company to a new buyer we are gonna meet him later today thank god he assured us that he is not gonna sent someone and just keep working"Wanda said and Natasha let out a sight
''Well at least I can have a new start without the new boss knowing I am late"Natasha said in relief that's not bad
"Let me remind you that you are his secretary as well so you have to go to him everyday so he can see that you are always late"Wanda said smirking
"Gosh Wanda stop being so negative"Natasha complained
''I am just saying and I heard he is young and cute''Wanda added
''whats his name?"Natasha asked suspicious writing on her computer she raised an eyebrow when her friend didn't answer and looked at her
''Oh um I didn't asked''Wanda said nervously damn that was the important thing
''So you wanna tell me that you heard that he is young and hot but you didn't heard his name?"Natasha asked laughing
''That's not important''Wanda said defending herself
''yea right''Natasha said pursing her lips together
The office phone rang which made natasha picked it.
''Hey Bruce yes I will go and pick the papers now bring them to you see''Natasha said closing the phone she standed up to walk away
''Where are you going?"Wanda asked groaning
''I need to get the papers bring them to Bruce so he can take a look at them and then show them to the boss''Natasha said and left
''Hey don't forget at lunch he wants all of us there!''Wanda yelled which made Natasha shake her head walking away
